Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Brown ground beef and sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove grease. 

Add cooked meat to a large mixing bowl. Add pepperoni, bell pepper, onion, parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic, mushroom and olives. 

Add noodles and pasta sauce and toss to combine.&nbsp;

Pour mixture into a greased 9x13'' pan.&nbsp;

Sprinkle 1-2 cups of mozzarella cheese on top, (depending on how much cheese you want).&nbsp;

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.

Garlic Bread Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

unsalted butter (melted)

garlic (minced)

parsley

mozzarella (divided)

cream cheese (softened)

Parmesan (divided)

Italian seasoning

red pepper flakes

black pepper

pizza sauce

(not the minis pepperoni slices)

Heat oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic and parsley. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat together 2 cups mozzarella, cream cheese, 1/3 cup Parmesan, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and black pepper.

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared 9x13-inch dish.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the cheese mixture.

Sprinkle with the remaining 2 cups mozzarella.

Top with pepperoni.

Divide the dough into the same number of sections as the number of pepperoni slices used. Roll the dough sections into balls and place each on each slice of pepperoni.

Brush each ball of dough with the butter/garlic mixture.

Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350°F, 35-45 minutes, or until the pizza dough is golden brown, cooked through and the pizza dip is bubbly.

Let cool 10-15 minutes before serving.

Low Carb Pizza Casserole

Cauliflower florets

Pepperoni

Sausage

Olive Oil

Mushrooms (sliced)

Pepper

Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Low Carb Pasta Sauce (we use Rao’s Homemade Marinara)

Parmesan cheese (powdered)

Italian Seasoning

Steam the cauliflower. Place cut cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl with 1 cup of water. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave on high for approximately 3 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender. Don’t overcook!

Drain the cauliflower pat dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a large skillet over medium high heat cook the Italian sausage, approximately 15 minutes. When the sausage has finished cooking drain the excess fat. Set aside.

In the same skillet at olive oil and saute mushrooms over medium high heat for 10 minutes to remove the excess water. Set aside when done.

Prepare a 13x9 inch casserole dish by spraying it with non-stick spray then spread ½ cup of pasta sauce on the bottom.

In a large bowl add the cauliflower, cooked Italian sausage, mushrooms, and green peppers. Toss together until well mixed.

Spread ½ of the mixture in the casserole dish. Top with ½ cup of pasta sauce, followed by ½ of the pepperonis (kind of press them down in between the other toppings), and finally 6 ounces of mozzarella cheese.

Next spread the remaining toppings mixture over the cheese followed by the pepperonis (save 10 slices for the top of the casserole), remaining ½ cup of pasta sauce, and 6 ounces of mozzarella cheese.

In a small bowl mix together the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.

Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the casserole and top with 10 slices of pepperoni.

Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is warmed through and the cheese is fully melted.

This cheesy pepperoni pizza pasta bake is super simple with only 4 ingredients. It comes together fast, and it&#039;s family-friendly! 

Pizza Pasta Bake

penne

(24 oz.) marinara sauce (see note)

Preheat oven to 375F and move the rack to the top third of the oven.

Boil a salted pot of water for the pasta and cook it 2 minutes less than package directions suggest. Once the pasta is done, drain it and return it to the pot it was cooked in, then stir in the marinara sauce and about 1/3 of the package of pepperoni.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 baking/casserole dish and spread in an even layer.

Top with the mozzarella, then add the remaining pepperoni over top of the cheese.

Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes, and then broil for a few minutes to crisp up the pepperoni and cheese (watch it carefully so it doesn&#039;t burn).

Supreme Pizza Casserole

pasta

marinara sauce (or pasta sauce)

mozzarella and cheddar blend (shredded)

pepperoni slices (divided)

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well.

While pasta is cooking, brown ground beef, onion, and garlic in a pan. Season with salt and pepper and drain fat.

Stir in vegetable toppings (if using), cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until tender. Add drained tomatoes, oregano, Italian seasoning, pizza sauce, and marinara sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.

Toss pasta with the sauce.

Spread into a greased 9×13 pan and top with the Mozza &amp; cheddar blend and half of the pepperoni (and additional pepperoni slices if desired). Then top with parmesan cheese.

Bake 15-20 minutes uncovered or until cheese is browned.

Herbed Parmesan Drop Biscuits:

baking mix (like Bisquick or Jiffy)

milk

Brown ground beef in skillet; drain fat. Mix in pasta or pizza sauce and pepper flakes; set aside. Mix ricotta cheese with the herbs and Parmesan in a separate bowl; set aside.

Mix the dry ingredients for the biscuits. Add milk and stir until combined.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 13 x 9 pan with non-stick spray. Drop biscuit dough by teaspoons in the bottom of pan, spacing evenly. It’s OK if there is space between the dough–it will expand as it’s cooked. Top with ground beef mixture and dot with the ricotta cheese mixture. Bake at 375 for about 20 min or until biscuits are puffed and beginning to get golden brown.

Top with mozzarella and provolone cheeses and distribute pepperoni slices evenly over top, increase oven temperature to 425 degrees. Return to oven and bake until cheeses are melted and beginning to bubble. This should take about 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving. May be topped with the additional Parmesan cheese.

4-Ingredient Dump and Bake Pizza Casserole

(about 25.5 ounces) marinara sauce

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In the prepared baking dish (or in a separate bowl), stir together uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, water, about ¾ of the package of pepperoni, and salt. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove dish from oven, take off cover, and give the pasta a stir. At this point it should be almost done, but still a bit firm ("al dente").

Sprinkle mozzarella over the top and place remaining pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. Return the dish to the oven and bake, uncovered, for about 5-10 more minutes (or until cheese is melted and pasta is tender).

Garnish with optional grated Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs, if desired

Season cauliflower with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and roast for 20 minutes.

In a bowl, add the marinara sauce to the cauliflower and mix to coat. Add the rest of the ingredients, except parsley, sliced tomato and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and stir together with a wooden spoon until add combined.

In a greased 8x8 baking pan, add the cauliflower mix and cover with the rest of the cheese. Top with tomato slices. Lower oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.

Remove from oven, top with chopped parsley and serve.

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F.

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cool water and transfer to a large bowl.  Set aside.

In a large sauté pan or skillet, add 1 TBS olive oil and 20 oz Italian sausage (optional: add 1/2 cup finely diced onion). Sauté until sausage is brown and completely cooked through.

Add pasta sauce to skillet and stir.

Add Italian seasoning, garlic salt and pepper. Stir to combine.

Add sauce mixture to cooked and drained pasta and stir to combine.

Pour mixture into a glass 9x13” baking dish or baking dish of choice.&nbsp;

Sprinkle the top evenly with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

Evenly place pepperoni (or desired toppings) on top of the cheese.&nbsp;
