3 Ingredient Sugar Free Frozen Fudge Pops

Sugar Free Pudding Mix

Cups Almond Milk

Cup Whipped Topping (- thawed)

In a large mixing bowl, beat together your ingredients. If mixture seems to be too thin, you can add an additional package of pudding. Sometimes the almond milk can make it a bit thin. It should take about two to three minutes for the mixture to become well blended.

Pour the mixture into the molds. Cover the molds with the sticks/handles that come with the molds. Alternatively, cover the molds with plastic wrap and poke a small hole over each pop to insert a Popsicle stick. The plastic wrap should hold the sticks in place.

Allow the pops to freeze for about eight hours. Overnight works best!

Cover a jelly roll pan with powdered sugar. Use a round cap, shot glass, or other object to make circles into the sugar creating your mold. Make sure the bottom of the pan does not show. Place a stick in the center of each circle gently pressing into the sugar.

Place the cherry juice into a pan. Boil until reduced to 2 tablespoons. 

Combine the sugar, water, and corn syrup in a separate pan. Heat to a boil and continue to cook until the mixture reaches 300 degrees F.

Working quickly, pour the sugar mixture into a large measuring cup. Stir in the reduced juice and lime zest with a silicone spatula. Pour into the molds and allow to set for 15-20 minutes

Splenda® Monk Fruit Liquid Sweetener

In large measuring cup combine coconut milk and Splenda Monk Fruit Liquid Sweetener. Set aside for topping popsicle molds.

In separate large measuring cup combine ½ cup coconut milk mixture and coffee.

Pour coffee mixture into popsicle molds filling each ¾ full.

Freeze for at least 1-2 hours or until solid. Pour remaining coconut milk mixture over top of each mold. Freeze for an additional 2 hours or until solid. Serve and enjoy.

Combine water &amp; sugar in a small saucepan and bring to boiling over medium heat. Cook and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat &amp; allow to cool completely.

Combine the watermelon and lime juice in a blender and puree until smooth.

Pour &amp; press through a mesh strainer to remove any pieces that did not fully incorporate. This can be easily done by placing the strainer over a large pitcher.

Pour the sugar mixture into the watermelon mixture and stir. Pour into the pop molds.

Freeze at least 4-6 hours before serving.
