Pan seared juicy sirloin steaks prepared with a dijon mustard rub and an incredible creamy bourbon sauce. A one pan recipe that is SO simple and SO darn delicious!

Skillet Bourbon Steak Recipe

(4-ounces each) top sirloin steaks,

salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

dijon mustard (divided)

butter (divided)

bourbon

soy sauce

Worcestershire sauce

brown sugar

basil

rosemary

parsley

Prepare steaks by seasoning with salt and pepper; set aside for 20 minutes.

Rub steaks with dijon mustard.

Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Transfer steaks to heated skillet, two steaks at a time, and add 1 tablespoon butter.

Cook steaks until browned and cooked to desired doneness, about 3 to 4 minutes per each side for medium-rare.

Remove steaks from skillet and set aside.

Repeat with the remaining steaks.

FOR THE STEAKS

In a small mixing bowl combine bourbon, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, light brown sugar, basil, and rosemary; whisk to combine.

Add the bourbon sauce mixture to the hot skillet and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes, or until slightly reduced.

Stir in half &amp; half or light cream and cook for a minute or two, or until thickened.

Remove from heat and lace steaks back in skillet; turn to coat.

Garnish with dried parsley.

Serve.

FOR THE BOURBON SAUCE

Sirloin steaks are rubbed with a quick and flavorful seasoning blend and then air-fried to tender perfection.

AIR FRYER STEAK

2 (10 to 12 ounces EACH) sirloin steaks,

olive oil OR olive oil cooking spray, (for the steaks)

salt

garlic powder

onion powder

paprika, (sweet

black pepper

herbs

Preheat Air Fryer to 400˚F. Rub both steaks with olive oil, or spray with cooking spray, and set aside.

In a small mixing bowl combine salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and dried herbs. This makes enough seasoning for about 4 large steaks.

Rub preferred amount of seasoning all over the steaks. Store leftover seasoning blend in a small airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.

Place 1 steak in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes at 400˚F.  If you have a bigger Air Fryer, both steaks can fit in at the same time, but just make sure they aren’t one on top of the other. You want a little space between the two.Flip over the steak and continue to cook for 4 to 5 more minutes, or until cooked through.

Please use an Instant Read Thermometer to check for doneness; for RARE steak, temperature should register at 125˚F to 130˚F. For Medium-Rare, you want an internal temperature of 135˚F. IF the steak isn’t cooked through, it may be too thick and you’ll want to return the steak to the air fryer and give it a minute or two to finish cooking.Repeat cooking method with the other steak.

Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 to 8 minutes before cutting. Serve with a pat of butter and garnish with chopped parsley.

Pan Seared Sirloin Steak with Mushroom Sauce

(4 ounces each) top sirloin steaks,

salt and fresh ground pepper (to taste)

Italian Seasoning

garlic

baby portobello mushrooms (sliced)

beef broth

parsley (for garnish)

Prepare steaks by seasoning with salt and pepper.

Add 2 tablespoons butter, Italian Seasoning, and smashed garlic cloves to a cast iron skillet and melt over medium-high heat.

Add steaks to skillet and cook until brown and cooked to desired doneness, about 3 to 4 minutes per each side for medium-rare.&nbsp;Do not crowd the skillet - cook the steaks two at a time.

Remove steaks from skillet, set aside and keep covered.

In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tablespoons butter and melt over medium-high heat.

Stir in sliced mushrooms and season with salt and pepper; cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until just tender.

Pour in the beef broth and let cook for another minute.

Add half and half and continue to cook for 2 more minutes, or until heated through.

Plate steaks and top with mushroom sauce.

Garnish with dried parsley and serve.

FOR THE MUSHROOM SAUCE

Deliciously marinated steak kabobs with mushrooms and red onions grilled to a tender perfection and served with an amazing mint yogurt dip!

Steak and Mushroom Kabobs with Mint Yogurt Dip

sirloin steak, (cut in 1-inch cubes)

FOR THE STEAK MARINADE

extra virgin olive oil

red wine vinegar

oregano

thyme

garlic, (minced)

salt and fresh ground pepper, (to taste)

FOR THE KABOBS

metal skewers

baby portobello mushrooms, (cleaned and stems removed)

red onion,

FOR THE MINT YOGURT DIP

yogurt

lemon juice

mint

olive oil

In a large mixing bowl whisk together extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add prepared steak cubes to the marinade; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, and up to 4 hours.

Once the meat has marinated, thread it onto the skewers alternating with pieces of mushrooms and red onion.

Turn on your gas grill to a medium setting and allow it to heat up for 15-20 minutes.

Using a grill brush, coat the grilling surface with oil.

When grill is ready, place kabobs on grilling surface and cook over medium heat, turning 2 or 3 times until all sides of the meat are browned and vegetables are tender, about 12 to 14 minutes.&nbsp;

In the meantime, prepare the mint yogurt dip.

In a small serving bowl combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, mint, salt and pepper; whisk until well combined.

Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the surface of the dip.

Transfer grilled kabobs to a serving plate and serve with yogurt dipping sauce.

A foolproof way to achieve perfectly grilled sirloin steaks every time using a two-zone grilling method and simple seasoning.

Grilled Sirloin Steak Recipe with Herb Compound Butter

½-pound sirloin steak

beef rub

herb compound butter

Prepare Grill

Prepare Grill: Prepare your grill for two-zone grilling targeting 450 – 500 degrees in the cooking chamber.

Season

Season Steak: Coat the steak in olive oil and then liberally season with the beef rub.

Grill Direct

Grill Steak: When the grill is at the right temperature, place the sirloin steak over the direct side of the heat and grill for 5 minutes, with the lid closed, or until you see a crust form.

Flip and Grill Direct

Flip: Flip the steaks and continue grilling on direct for 4-5 minutes with the lids closed (until a nice crust forms on the other side), and then move the steak to the indirect side.

Grill Indirect

Finish: Finish the steak on indirect side until the internal temperature of the steak reaches 125 degrees Fahrenheit for a rare steak (about 8 minutes, but be sure to check temperature, not rely on exact time).

Rest and Serve

Rest, Slice, Serve: Let the steak rest for 10 minutes and then slice and serve with your favorite toppings and sides. The resting period allows carry over cooking to occur, and the internal temperature of the steak will rise another 3 – 5 degrees. It also allows all the heated cells to start to calm down and reabsorb some of that liquid from the high heat cooking process.

Tender, delicious, and juicy bites of sirloin steak cooked in a flavorful honey garlic sauce.

Honey Garlic Steak Bites

sirloin steak, (cubed)

sweet or smoked paprika

vegetable oil, (divided)

water, ((or broth))

honey

sesame seed oil,

rice vinegar, ((you can also use white vinegar))

cornstarch

sesame seeds, (for garnish)

green onions, (for garnish)

Cut up steak into 1/2-inch to 1-inch cubes.

Season with paprika, salt, and pepper; set aside.

In a mixing bowl combine soy sauce, water, garlic, honey, sesame seed oil, rice vinegar, oregano, and cornstarch; whisk until thoroughly combined. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

Add 1/2 of the steak cubes to the hot oil and cook for 2 minutes per side, or until browned and done. Remove from skillet and repeat with the rest of the steak cubes, adding extra oil as needed.

Remove all steak bites from the skillet and set aside.

Give the previously prepared honey garlic sauce a good stir with a whisk and pour 1/3 of the sauce into the hot skillet; scrape up the browned pieces from the bottom of the pan.

Add the steak bites back to the skillet and pour the rest of the sauce over the steak; cook for 1 to 2 more minutes, or until sauce starts to thicken.

Remove from heat.

Transfer steak bites to a plate and drizzle with the pan sauce.

Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.

Easy Sirloin Steak Tips Recipe - 4 Ingredients!

Tablespoons avocado oil

2-3 Pounds Top Sirloin steak, cut into 1.5 inch cubes

Place the steak bites in a large bowl and mix in the salt, garlic powder, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. &nbsp;Cover and set aside for 15-30 minutes.

Heat a heavy bottom skillet over medium-high heat. &nbsp;Add the Avocado oil

When the oil just starts to smoke, add 1/3 to half of the steak bites, being careful not to crowd the pan.

let cook on the first side until a brown crust appears, about 3 minutes. &nbsp;Flip the steak tips and cook for 1-2 minutes more.

Remove from the pan and continue with the rest of the steak bites. &nbsp;

Let the cooked steak bites rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Steak and Veggies Sheet Pan Dinner

asparagus, (trimmed)

cherry tomatoes

McCormick® Basil Leaves

sirloin

teaspoon,

McCormick® Basil Leaves, (for garnish)

McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper, (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 400F.

Place asparagus and cherry tomatoes on a large sheet pan or baking tray. (Try not to let the vegetables overlap too much, so that they roast properly.)

Drizzle veggies with extra virgin olive oil and season with&nbsp;McCormick® Basil Leaves, salt, and pepper; using your hands or tongs, mix the veggies around until they are evenly covered with oil and seasonings.

Roast vegetables for 10 minutes.

FOR THE VEGETABLES

In the meantime, prepare the steak by seasoning with salt, pepper, and&nbsp;McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper; using your hands, rub the seasoning into the steaks.&nbsp;

Remove sheet pan from oven;&nbsp;push vegetables to the side to make room for the steaks; place steaks on the sheet pan and roast for 10 more minutes, or until desired doneness is reached. Flip the steaks half way through cooking.

FOR THE STEAK

In the meantime, prepare the Basil Garlic Butter by combining the butter,&nbsp;McCormick® Basil Leaves, garlic, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl.

Using a fork, mix and mash the butter mixture until well incorporated.

Remove sheet pan from oven and&nbsp;spoon a few dabs of butter over the done steaks and veggies.

Garnish steaks and veggies with basil leaves and crushed red pepper.

Serve.(Give steaks about 7 minutes rest time before cutting)
