Sheet Pan Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi with Chicken Sausage & Broccoli

Italian chicken sausage

cauliflower gnocchi (DEFROSTED)

broccoli crowns

cooking spray

tsp garlic salt

marinara sauce

tbsp parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking oil.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Spread cauliflower gnocchi, chicken sausage, and broccoli accross baking sheet evenly.&nbsp; Spray the top of the gnocchi and broccoli with cooking spray, sprinkle with garlic salt.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Bake for 15 minutes and then remove the pan from the oven.&nbsp; Remove the broccoli and chicken sausage from the pan.&nbsp; Toss the gnocchi individually (using a spatula to turn each one, so they don't stick) and bake an additional 15 minutes.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Divide mixture evenly among three servings and top each one with 1/2 cup marinara sauce and one tablespoon parmesan cheese.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Butternut Squash Ravioli With Sage Butter Sauce

sage leaves

tbsp chopped walnuts

nutmeg

Salt to taste, if butter is unsalted

Toast your walnuts by adding them to a skillet over medium heat

Let cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally

Remove from heat and set aside

Add butter to the skillet over medium heat

Add nutmeg and salt

Once melted add your sage leaves and stir in the butter

Let cook for about 3 minutes

Remove leaves and chop into smaller pieces

Add cooked ravioli to the skillet with butter and toss

Add back in the sage leaves and walnuts

Serve and enjoy!

Quinoa (cook according to the instructions)

Tomatoes (canned diced, organic, low sodium)

Sweet Corn (can, organic)

Black Beans (can)

Pre-heat your oven to 350º Fahrenheit.

Cook quinoa according to the instructions. Take 2 cups of cold water, add the quinoa, bring to a boil. Then let it simmer at the lowest temperature for 15 minutes. 

Meanwhile grease a baking dish with baking spray.&nbsp;

Combine canned tomatoes, sweet corn, and black beans, and cooked quinoa into the greased baking sheet. 

Sprinkle with a shredded Mexican Cheese like the Trader Joe&#x27;s Fancy Shredded Mexican Blend. 

Bake at 350º Fahrenheit for 25 minutes. 

You should be able to cook a whole 15 oz bag in most air fryers without overcrowding. If you have a small air fryer, you might need to cook in 2 batches in order to not overcrowd the basket.

Place the frozen sweet potato fries in air fryer basket and spread them evenly over the basket. You don&#039;t need thaw them first or to spray any extra oil.

Air fry the frozen sweet potato fries at 400°F/205°C for about 12-17 minutes. About halfway through cooking, shake the basket and gently turn the fries. Try not to break them. For crisper, evenly cooked fries, turn them multiples times while cooking.

If needed, Air Fry for additional 1-3 minutes to crisp to your preferred liking. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

For best and even cooking, don't overcrowd the basket. Fill just an even single layer of the chicken. Don't coat the chicken with the sauce until after you air fry the chicken. Heat the sauce separately then toss before serving.

Place the frozen orange chicken in the air fryer basket and spread out into a single even layer. No oil spray is needed. Set the sauce, vegetables, and peanuts aside (do not sauce the chicken yet).

Air Fry at 380°F/195°C for 8 minutes. Add the vegetables (if you like the peanuts toastier you can add them now too) and shake/stir to combine with the chicken pieces. Spray with oil spray to lightly coat the vegetables.

While the chicken and vegetables air fry: Warm the sauce in microwave or on stovetop until heated through.

Continue to Air Fry at 380°F/195°C for another 3-6 minutes or until heated through.

Toss cooked chicken with as much sauce as you like, peanuts, optional cilantro and/or green onion and serve.

Air Fried Trader Joe's Kung Pao Chicken

What do you do when you want Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning but don't have a Trader Joe's in your area? You make this recipe for homemade everything but the bagel seasoning! You will be putting everything but the bagel seasoning on everything.

Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

The world went NUTS for this Trader Joe&#39;s freezer section item, but I just knew I could make it better. This recipe is cheesy, easy, delicious and perfect for fall.

Butternut Squash Mac n' Cheese

butternut

tbsp extra virgin olive oil

garlic powder

rosemary

thyme

sage

tsp nutmeg

cayenne

milk of choice

gouda (about 6 ounces)

½ cup shredded parmesan (about 3 ounces)

rigatoni pasta

Salt & pepper

Red pepper flakes

Roast your butternut squash until soft, about 25 minutes at 400F

In a blender, pureé your squash until smooth, feel free to add a bit of water to help the process!

Gradually pour in the milk and continue to mash the squash with your spoon. Use an immersion blender to blend the mixture until fully combined. If you do not have an immersion blender, remove the sauce from the heat, let it cool slightly and blend it in a large blender. When it is smooth, pour it back into your skillet.

Keep this sauce on low heat while you cook your pasta, stir occasionally.

Cook the pasta until al dente, about 6-8 minutes, drain and reserve about ½ cup of the pasta water.

Combine the pasta, butternut sauce, and all the cheeses.  Gradually add in pasta water as needed, stir until the sauce fully coats the pasta and the cheese is melty.

Top with red pepper flakes if you&#39;d like some heat, and serve warm.

This is the easiest way to make super crispy Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi. They are made in an air fryer in just under 15 minutes which makes this a perfect recipe for a weekday dinner.

Pat loves a delicious hearty meal, especially when it&#39;s freezing cold out and is so excited to share this new Homemade Hamburger Helper recipe with you! It comes together quickly and all ingredients can be found at Trader Joe&#39;s. There&#39;s something nostalgic about hamburger helper that makes Pat feel some type of way and hopes you enjoy!

Homemade Hamburger Helper

olive oil

lb beef

onion

beef broth low sodium

milk

sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

TBSP ketchup

pasta

oz cheddar cheese

sriracha

water quanity will depend

green onions

black pepper

tsp chili powder

tsp cumin

Heat a large pot on medium heat and add your oil

Once the pot is hot, add the onion and salt and cook until soft and translucent

Add ground beef and spices and cook until done.

Add your broth, ketchup, sriracha, and 1.5 cups of milk. Mix and bring to a boil.

Add your pasta, and enough water to almost fully cover the pasta. Continue to stir the pasta while making sure the pasta on the top gets mixed to the bottom and the pasta on the bottom gets mixed to the top so they all get enough water. You may need to add a little bit of water later on if the water starts to evaporate too much

Once pasta is fully cooked, turn off the heat, and add the cheese, rest of the milk, and your choice of sour cream or plain greek yogurt

Mix, serve, and enjoy!

Dice up 2 slices of bacon and cook until crispy. Set bacon aside on paper towel to drain grease. Wipe out most of grease from skillet

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to skillet and begin to sauté the sprouts

Season with salt and pepper. Cook approximately 6 to 7 minutes until sprouts begin to turn tender but are still bright green

Add butter and chili onion crunch sauce to skillet. Allow butter to melt and sauce to heat through, about 2-3 minutes

Top sprouts with bacon and serve! ⠀

The chicken can be cooked in the air fryer straight from the freezer, no need to thaw. Just remove the sauce, air fry the chicken, and heat the sauce in the microwave or stove top while the chicken cooks. For a little added deliciousness, add a handful of chopped cilantro and/or green onion to sprinkle on when eating.

Take a handful of cookies (your choice of flavor! We like chocolate chip, Nutter Butters, Ginger Snap and Oreos!) and add to a food processor. Blend until it forms a very fine powder.

You’ll need 2 cups of cookie crumbs, so just keep blending cookies until you get there. (All cookies are different, so we can't give you an exact number of cookies to get to two cups.)

Melt your CannaButter in the microwave or on the stove and stir into your cookie crumbs. Mix well.

In a small saucepan, combine the condensed milk and evaporated milk and heat lightly. Slowly add to your cookie mixture. You most likely will not need all of it. Keep adding small amounts of the liquid until the cookie butter is just wet enough to stay together. The amount you need is based on the type of cookie you choose.

Store in fridge for up to two weeks. If needed, you can heat slightly before spreading/dipping

How to Make Cannabis Cookie Butter

This Whipped Vegan Feta with Herb Potatoes is the perfect side dish. Made with Trader Joe&#039;s vegan feta and crispy fingerling potatoes.

Whipped Vegan Feta with Herb Potatoes

non-dairy milk (as needed)

fingerling potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the tops off of the garlic heads to expose the cloves. Place each head on it&#39;s own piece of foil. Drizzle the exposed garlic cloves with olive oil and wrap the foil up around it tightly. Place both bulbs on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Increase the oven heat to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scrub the potatoes and cut any large ones in half. Spread out on the baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and pepper. Toss to coat and place in the oven. Roast for 30 minutes, flipping halfway. Remove from the oven.

Meanwhile, squeeze out the cloves from one of the heads of garlic into a food processor. Add the drained vegan feta, lemon juice, olive oil and a splash of non-dairy milk. Blend until smooth - scraping down the sides as needed and adding more non-dairy milk until it is smooth and creamy. Taste and add salt if needed. Place in the fridge until ready to use.

To a bowl add the cloves from the other head of garlic. Use a fork to smash the cloves into a paste. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, the chopped herbs &amp; lemon juice and stir to combine. When the potatoes are done, add them to the herbs and toss to coat. Add salt to taste.

To serve, spread out the whipped vegan feta on a serving platter. Top with the warm potatoes and serve.
