Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

Step 2

Place all the cracker ingredients in the mixing bowl and knead 10 Sec. / Kneading function.

Step 3

Transfer mixture to the prepared baking tray and spread out evenly. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from the oven, cut into rectangles and flip each cracker over. Bake for another 20 minutes until golden and crispy. In the meantime, prepare your hummus.

Step 5

Place all the hummus ingredients in the mixing bowl and blend 10 Sec. / Speed If it appears dry, add more olive oil and tahini.

Step 6

Remove crackers from the oven and allow to cool.

Step 7

Season the hummus to taste and dip away!
