Step 1

First, grate the tomatoes. Once grated, tip the tomatoes into a sieve over a bowl. Add a pinch of salt, and leave to sit for 5-10 mins to strain off any excess water.

Meanwhile, toast your bread until golden. Then, tip the grated tomato from the sieve into a clean bowl. Add the zest and juice of your lime, chilli oil and more salt and pepper to season.

Step 3

To serve, spread the tomato over toast and top with toasted sesame seeds.
