Crock Pot Green Eggs and Ham

Step 1

Spray the inside of a seven quart crock pot well with cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large batter bowl whisk 12 large eggs well.

Step 3

Add 10 drops (or until desired color) green food coloring to the eggs and whisk together.

Step 4

Pour green eggs into the sprayed crock pot.

Step 5

Pour in milk and lightly whisk.

Step 6

Sprinkle in frozen hash browns making sure to distribute evenly in the crock pot.

Step 7

Drop ham cubes in spreading evenly.

Step 8

Cook on high for 2-3 hours or until firm.

Step 9

Serve immediately.
