Step 1

Gently boil sausages and carrot for approximately 10 minutes or until carrot is cooked.

Step 2

Add onion to partly cook over the last two minutes of cooking time. Drain.

Step 3

Cool for 5 minutes then chop sausages into bite size pieces.

Step 4

Place sausages, vegetables and celery in the pot.

Step 5

Mix remaining ingredients together, pour over the sausages and vegetables.

Step 6

Bring to the boil, then simmer for 1-2 minutes until celery has softened.
