Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet lightly with non-stick spray. Set your pizza dough out so it can come to room temperature and be more pliable.
Step 2
Pull on dough to make it a log instead of a ball. Cut log in half. Pull and roll each half until you have dough that is about 1-2" in diameter.
Step 3
Using a pizza cutter or kitchen shears, cut into bite-sized pieces about 1.5"x1.5". Spread dough bites evenly on baking sheet.
Step 4
Mix together melted butter and garlic salt. Using a pastry brush, slather the butter mixture over all dough bites. Sprinkle 1 tbsp parmesan cheese over bites.
Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes. Check oven if bites are too close together or too long - remove from oven and spread out and/or cut in half.
Step 6
Place back in oven and bake 5-10 min more until lightly golden brown.
Step 7
Brush remaining butter mixture liberally over the bread bites. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Serve with marinara or pizza sauce.
