Step 1
Heat berry preserves with cup maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat until melted. Reduce heat to low until ready to serve.

Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, powdered sugar, and salt in a shallow baking dish.

Dip bread slices in the egg custard, turning to coat all sides.
Step 4
Heat a large non-stick griddle or skillet over medium heat. Spray lightly with cooking spray and add soaked bread - work in batches if needed.

Cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
