Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Thaw the edamame and drain the liquid from your chickpeas. Pat dry with a few paper towels.

In a large bowl, mix together the edamame, chickpeas, 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, and ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.
Step 4
Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven to stir. Bake an additional 10 minutes, removing it again to stir after 5 minutes.
Step 5
This recipe makes 10 servings. Divide the mixture evenly 10 ways.
