Step 1
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Turn off heat then whisk in honey and lavender. Add tea bags and allow to steep for 2 hours, or up to overnight.
Step 2
Using a fine mesh strainer, separate out the lavender by straining tea into a large pitcher. Refrigerate for several hours to chill. Serve over ice and enjoy!
