Step 1
Place the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger paste. Season with the Chili Salt and Seoul BBQ Salt, if using. Or the applicable substitutions.
Step 2
Brown the meat, breaking up into small pieces as it cooks.
Step 3
Drain off the excess fat.
Step 4
Add in the soy sauces, chili paste, and sesame oil.
Step 5
Let cook over medium-low heat for another 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat all the beef.
Step 6
Serve over hot steamed rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
