Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain. Return to the saucepan.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, thyme and chilli flakes and stir for 1 minute or until aromatic. Add the tomato and stir for 2 minutes or until just soft.
Step 3
Increase heat to medium-high and add the prawn. Stir for 1 minute or until prawn starts to change colour. Add the wine and cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute or until reduced by half.
Step 4
Add the prawn mixture to pasta. Toss to combine. Stir in the basil, parsley and remaining oil. Season.
