Here is some REALLY quick and simple Protein Banana Ice Cream. This protein ice cream is made with just protein powder, bananas, and milk...that&#039;s it!

Protein Banana Ice Cream

Medium Bananas

¼ Cup Milk Substitute (or Milk (2 Ounces))

Sweetener

Add and mix all of your ingredients together in a food processor or really powerful blender

Put your mix in freezer for 20-30 minutes or until it&#039;s almost frozen

Here is the recipe:

2 Medium Bananas
1/2 Scoop (16g) Protein Powder
2oz Fat Free Milk (or milk substitute)
1-2 Packets Stevia (or any sweetener)

Mix all of the ingredients together with a food processor. If you don't have a food processor a blender/mixer will work but may take longer. If the mix appears to be too thick, add a bit more milk. Put it in the freezer for 20+ minutes or until it's a bit frozen. Enjoy!

Tip: Use fat free whip cream/cool whip to top it!
