Step 1

In a 12oz jar, stir the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

Step 2

Pour in the nut milk, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup and stir again until evenly mixed, ensuring no dry ingredients are clumped at the bottom of the jar.

Step 3

Put a lid on the jar and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight to set. Keep refrigerated for up to five days.

Step 4

When ready to enjoy, mix the yogurt topping ingredients together in a small bowl and add on top of the oats.
