Ingredients: 1 tablespoon cumin; 1 tablespoon paprika; 1 tablespoon granulated garlic; 1 tablespoon granulated onion; 1 tablespoon chili powder; 1 tablespoon brown sugar; 2 tablespoons kosher salt; 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper; 1 teaspoon black pepper; 1 teaspoon white pepper

Rib Dry Rub

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container. Pack on the dry rub onto your next rack of ribs.

Wonderful rub!   Not overpowering, just right 

It's simple but the flavor's are so complimentary. I use it as a rub on my pork loin. It keeps the roast moist while adding plenty of great taste.

I made and applied this rub to a whole rack of baby back ribs and baked immediately at 300 for 2 hrs &amp;15 mins.  This is my new favorite dry rub. The meat just fell off the bones.  It is spicy and salty so I may back off a bit on the heat and salt a little next time I use it.

So good as a dry rub on chicken wings! (I cut the cayenne in half b/c I can’t do that much heat). Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder to the rub, toss the wings &amp; Air Fry for 28-30 minutes. Perfection! 

Used this one many times just as written . I’ve used it to rub a pork butt then smoked the pork all day as well.
