To prepare this recipe, peel and grate the potatoes. Wash them in normal water 2-3 times.

Put the grated potatoes in hot/boiling water and take them out in approximately 5 min.
Step 3
Now, prepare the dressing for the salad by mixing together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 4
Take out the grated potatoes in a bowl and pour this dressing over it. Toss and enjoy this simple salad in lunch.
