Step 1
Take a heavy bottomed pan and add oil in it.
Step 2
Add peanuts and roast them on low heat till they slightly brown.
Step 3
Take them out of the pan and keep aside.
Step 4
Off the heat and let oil cool down a bit.
Step 5
Add curry leaves, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Saute.
Step 6
Switch on the heat and add murmure.
Step 7
Roast them for a minute or two. If your murmure are soggy, then roast them for 5-7 minutes or till they again turn crisp.
Step 8
Add salt, black salt, dry mango powder, powdered sugar and roasted peanuts. Mix evenly.
Step 9
Spicy murmure are ready. Once they cool down completely, store them in airtight container.
