Step 1
Brew the espresso using your espresso machine or French press.

Melt and cook the butter in a skillet over medium heat, tilting the pan often, until golden brown, about 5-8 minutes. Remove it from the heat and stir in the brown sugar and salt until dissolved.

Heat the milk in a saucepan or microwave and stir in the pistachio flavoring and granulated sugar. Foam up the milk with an immersion blender or milk frother.

Assemble the latte. Pour the espresso into a mug, followed by the milk. Top with browned butter. Enjoy!

Combine the water, sugar, and pistachios in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened into syrup. Remove from heat.

Strain the mixture to remove the pistachios. Transfer it into a Mason jar and cool completely in the fridge.
