Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil and 1 Tbsp vegetable or peanut oil in a wok or other high sided skillet over high heat until the oil just begins to smoke. Add broccoli slaw and cook, stirring constantly, until the broccoli is just slightly wilted.
Step 2
Add rice vinegar and toss well to combine. Add the remaining Tbsp of sesame oil and sesame seeds, and stir to combine.
Step 3
Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper as desired and serve immediately.
