Step 1

Put meat in marinade for at least 1 hour. Stir and coat the meat with the marinade occasionally.

Step 2

Drain meat and reserve any leftover marinade.

Step 3

Toss meat in cornflour.

Step 4

Heat oil and cook meat until browned. Remove from pan.

Step 5

Vegetables: Saute onion, celery, capsicum and carrot. Add drained pineapple.

Step 6

Mix sauce ingredients, reserved liquid from canned pineapple and leftover marinade then add to vegetables.

Step 7

Stir then add cooked meat. Heat through and serve.
