Cut the parmesan into cubes and add to the Thermomix bowl. Grate for 10 seconds / speed Set aside.
Step 2
Add the garlic to the bowl. Finely chop for 3 seconds / speed 7.
Step 3
Scrape down the bowl then add all remaining ingredients (including the parmesan you set aside).
Step 4
Mix for 1 minute / speed 5.
Step 5
Refrigerate until needed.
