Lightly flour a cutting board and roll out the puff pastry until it is an even rectangle.

Spread the artichoke dip out over the puff pastry.
Step 5
Roll into a log and slice into 1" slices using a bread knife.
Step 6
Lay out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 7
Cook in the Traeger for 15 minutes.
Step 8
Brush the egg wash onto the rounds, and continue baking for another 5-10 minutes, or until the puffs are golden brown.
