Wash cucumbers and cut off the ends.

Hollow out the cucumbers and remove the flesh without puncturing the cucumber skin.

In a bowl combine tuna, green onion, buffalo sauce, seasonings & pickled ginger juice. Mix to thoroughly combine, using a fork to break up chunks of tuna.

Stuff cucumbers with the tuna filling, using a small spoon.

Slice to your desired thickness or eat it whole.
