Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high, add onion, and cook until soft, about 2 minutes.

Stir in bell pepper and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add bouillon cube, Creole seasoning, and 2 tablespoons of water.

Step 3

Add the collard greens and stir to wilt. Cover the saucepan and cook for about 5 minutes.

Step 4

Add the cabbage and stir to coat. Add the remaining water. Cover the saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes. Add extra water if needed.
