Place shrimp and buttermilk in a medium bowl and coat the shrimp well. Drain the buttermilk, and shake off the excess.

Coat the shrimp pieces in cornstarch and set aside.

In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, thai sweet chili sauce and honey.

Heat oil in a deep skillet to 375°F. Once the oil is hot, fry the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side till they are a light golden brown. Remove the cooked shrimp and put on a plate lined with paper towels and pat any extra oil.

Toss the shrimp in the sauce and serve immediately.

This shrimp dish was a truly scrumptious dish that makes a fun appetizer or even a quick weeknight dinner.

¼ tsp kosher salt

Sesame seeds and chopped scallions

Combine mayo, ketchup, Sriracha, soy sauce and garlic in a medium bowl and whisk to combine and set aside.

Place beaten egg in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch and salt.

Working in batches, dredge the shrimp in egg wash, followed by flour mixture.

Shake off excess flour and place shrimp on a plate or sheet pan.

In a large skillet heat oil to 325 degrees F.

Place 4 or 5 shrimp at a time in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and shrimp is opaque.

Remove from oil and set on a paper towel-lined plate or sheet pan to drain.

Repeat with remaining shrimp.

Once all shrimp are cooked, add them to the bowl with the sauce and toss gently to coat. Pour on to a platter and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve immediately.

Cripsy, fried shrimp coated in a spicy mayonnaise dressing

Prepare the sauce by stirring mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, honey and tomato ketchup together and keep aside.

To the shrimp, add red chili powder, salt, paprika powder, soy sauce and egg. Mix well.

Prepare the dredging mix by combining all-purpose flour, cornflour/cornstarch, salt and garlic powder.

Heat oil for deep-frying.

Using a tong, coat each shrimp with the flour, shake off excess and drop in the hot oil.

Fry on medium high heat till it turns golden and crispy (around 3-4 minutes).

Remove into a sieve to drain off excess oil. Let cool slightly.

Add the fried shrimp to a bowl. Pour the sauce and toss until the shrimps are nicely coated.

In a small bowl or glass put some lettuce on the bottom, add the shrimps and garnish with chopped green part of spring onion (or chives), black and white sesame seeds.

Serve immediately!

Break the spaghetti noodles in half and place in the Instant Pot. Add the garlic, coconut oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and water. Cover and lock the lid into place.&nbsp;

Set the Instant Pot on "Pressure Cook High" for 4 minutes. Once it is finished cooking, turn the Instant Pot "Off", then press the button to "Quick Release" the steam, until the valve button drops.

Bang Bang Shrimp Recipe

lb large shrimp, deveined & peeled

milk

sour cream

lemon juice

¼ tsp ground paprika

¼ tsp ground black pepper

Devein and remove tails on the shrimp. Pat shrimp completely dry.&nbsp;

In a medium bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.

Prepare the milk mixture in bowl 1 and the flour mixture in bowl 2.

Dredge shrimp in the milk mixture, then, generously coat in the flour mixture. Place onto a platter. Continue with remaining shrimp.

In a skillet, over high heat, cover bottom with oil, just enough to cover the bottom.  Once the oil is hot add shrimp, don&#039;t overcrowd skillet. 

Fry shrimp 2-3 minutes per side, until crispy and cooked through.  If you will be working in batches, add the fried shrimp to a baking sheet and place it in a preheated oven to 375°F to keep it hot and crispy while the remaining shrimp are cooked. 

Once all of the shrimp are cooked, pour the sauce over the shrimp and gently coat. (TIP: The sauce may be poured over the shrimp in the baking sheet or in a bowl.)

Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos

sambal oelek

sweet chili sauce

Clean and devein the shrimp, removing the tails. Set aside in a bowl.

For the bang bang sauce

Whisk together the mayonnaise, sambal oelek, chili sauce, and tasco. Taste for desired spiciness. Place the sauce in a shallow bowl. Set aside ¼ of the bang bang sauce for drizzling. Place the Panko bread crumbs in a shallow bowl next to the sauce.

Coat the shrimp with the bang bang sauce and then coat with the Panko bread crumbs. Place the shrimp on a single layer on the crisper tray inside the air fryer, making sure not to overlap the shrimp. (You will need to repeat this process a few times.)

Spray the tops of the shrimp with cooking spray for a golden brown finish. Set the air fryer on 380 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Check the shrimp after 6 minutes to see if golden brown and crispy. If not, keep cooking another minute or two.

To assemble the tacos

Place a layer of the red and white cabbage at the bottom of the tortilla shell, followed by the crispy shrimp, and top with a drizzle of the reserved bang bang sauce, chopped green onions, and a squeeze of lime.

Remove shrimp from liquid; shake off any excess, and coat shrimp in cornstarch mixture.

Add coated shrimp to the hot oil and fry for about 1 to 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

Remove shrimp to a paper towel lined plate.

In a mixing bowl stir together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice.

Transfer shrimp to a serving bowl.

Garnish with parsley and sesame seeds.

Serve with the sauce. You can also drizzle the sauce over the shrimp.
