Easy Beef Fried Rice

oil (divided)

eggs (whisked)

flank steak (cubed)

carrots (small dice)

broccoli

garlic (minced)

rice

soy sauce

oyster sauce

sesame oil

sesame seeds for garnish (if desired)

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil into a large skillet.

Add the eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove them from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the pan.

Add the steak and cook over high heat for 2-3 minutes, just until seared and caramelized on the outside. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add carrots and broccoli to the pan and cook until tender, 3-4 minutes.

Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add in the cold rice and sauté for 3-4 minutes. The rice should brown up a bit.

Add the eggs and the steak back to the pan and stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes to heat through.

Serve immediately with sesame seeds for garnish, if desired.

head (about 24 oz cauliflower, rinsed)

Remove the core and let the cauliflower dry completely.

Coarsely chop into florets, then place half of the cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until the cauliflower is small and has the texture of rice or couscous – don't over process or it will get mushy. Set aside and repeat with the remaining cauliflower.

Combine egg and egg whites in a small bowl and beat with a fork. Season with salt.

Heat a large saute pan or wok over medium heat and spray with oil.

Add the eggs and cook, turning a few times until set; set aside.

Add the sesame oil and saute onions, scallion whites, peas and carrots and garlic about 3 to 4 minutes, or until soft.Raise the heat to medium-high.

Add the cauliflower "rice" to the saute pan along with soy sauce. Mix, cover and cook approximately 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cauliflower is slightly crispy on the outside but tender on the inside.

 Add the egg then remove from heat and mix in scallion greens.

Cauliflower fried rice is an easy and fast Chinese-inspired side dish ready in 20 minutes or less!

Cauliflower Fried Rice

cauliflower

vegetable oil (divided)

carrots (¼-inch dice)

peas (fresh, canned or frozen and defrosted)

green onion (thinly sliced)

Use a knife to remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower.&nbsp;

Cut off the cauliflower florets from the stem. Cut florets into 1-inch sized pieces.&nbsp;

Add florets 3/4 full into a food processor and pulse until small pieces form, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.

Work in batches for larger heads of cauliflower in the food processor.

If larger pieces of cauliflower do not get processed, remove from the food processor or blender.&nbsp;

Cut into smaller florets and process after removing the cut cauliflower rice from the food processor.

Alternatively, chop cauliflower florets into small rice-sized pieces with a chef’s knife, grated, or processed with a blender.

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds, until fragrant but not browned.

Add the carrots and cook for 2 minutes, until tender.&nbsp;

Add the peas and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cauliflower, and stir to combine.&nbsp;

Spread the cauliflower mixture out evenly in the pan so that it has more area to fry, allow to cook without stirring for about 2 minutes.

Mix the rice and stir-fry until the cauliflower rice is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine. Taste the rice and add more soy sauce, salt, and pepper as needed.

Reduce heat to medium and make a large well in the center of the pan using a spatula.&nbsp;

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the center of the pan and allow to warm.&nbsp;

Once hot slowly add in the eggs. Use a quick stirring motion to cook and break the eggs into small scrambled pieces.&nbsp;

Once cooked, stir together with the cauliflower rice.

Garnish cauliflower rice with sliced green onions and serve hot.

Combine 1 teaspoon sesame oil with eggs in a bowl then whisk to combine and set aside. Chop cauliflower head into big chunks then send through a food processor fitted with the grating attachment. Alternatively you could grate the cauliflower on a box grater. Measure out 4 cups grated cauliflower then save the rest for another use.

Heat remaining 1 Tablespoon sesame oil in a wok or large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add cauliflower, green onions, and frozen mixed vegetables then stir fry until cauliflower is just beginning to turn tender, 3-4 minutes. Add garlic, season with salt and pepper, and then continue to stir fry until garlic is fragrant, 30 seconds or so.

Push mixture to the sides of the wok to create an opening in the center then add the eggs and scramble. Toss mixture to combine then drizzle in gluten-free Tamari and mix again to combine. Serve hot.

Cauliflower Rice Recipes Stir Fry - Fried in Wok [With Video too]

Slice the spring onions and diced the bell peppers, set aside.

Lightly whisk the egg in a bowl, set aside.

Grate cauliflower with coarsest side of a grater and set aside.

Heat Wok over high heat. Add half of the peanut oil and scramble the eggs. Remove and set aside.

Add the diced bacon to the hot wok, cook until lightly browned. Stir the bacon constantly to prevent it from burning.

Add grated cauliflower, constantly stirring and moving in the wok. Add the rest of the peanut oil.

Add peas and spring onions continue to mix and turn in the wok.

Add sesame oil and wheat free soy sauce and stir through.

Add the cooked eggs, mix quickly and serve.

Frozen Peas/Carrots (Use any veggies you like!)

ghee

tbsp liquid aminos

Break cauliflower into small pieces and place in processor.

Pulse until desired "rice" consistency.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add ghee.

Place pulsed "rice" into pan and flatten out over entire surface. Allow to cook through for 10 minutes (cauliflower should brown/get crispy).

Stir rice and add onion, garlic, peas and carrots, and season with salt and pepper.

Continue to cook and stir over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.

Push "rice" to one side of pan, grease the empty half and crack two eggs into pan.

Combine eggs and "rice" until eggs are cooked through.

Add soy sauce and sesame oil and combine well.

Turn off heat and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve warm and enjoy!

in batches, transfer the cauliflower to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse
until the cauliflower resembles rice, about 15 seconds (be careful not to
over-process or cauliflower will get mushy). Set aside, then repeat with the
remaining cauliflower (you should have about 4 cups of cauliflower).Heat 1 tablespoon oil
in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pepper, the white
parts of the scallion, and the ginger; cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Add the
cauliflower, toss to combine and cook, covered, stirring once, for 5 minutes.Meanwhile, in a
small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, chili garlic paste, and honey. In a
separate small bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Push the cauliflower mixture to one
side of the skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil, then the eggs, scrambling

Shred cauliflower using the largest side of a grater OR by just pulsing some rough cut pieces in a food processor; the end product should resemble smallish grains of rice.

Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a large skillet over medium low heat. Add the carrots and garlic and stir fry until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Add the cauliflower, edamame, and remaining sesame oil to the pan; stir fry quickly to cook the cauliflower to a soft (but not mushy) texture.

Make a well in the middle, turn the heat down, and add the eggs. Stir gently and continuously until the eggs are fully cooked. Stir in the soy sauce and green onions just before serving.
