Good recipe, but made a lot of filling, much more than i could stuff 20 mushrooms with. And I don't know why the recipe said to divide the monterey cheese. The video shows them topped with green onions, not parsely. Other than some flaws in the directions, it was very good and everyone enjoyed them.

Yummy app...made for a potluck with some friends. Was the hit of the night! Ingredients/directions are a little sloppy....but I just use as a guide anyway.

Thaw crab meat if frozen (drain if canned).&nbsp;Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Mix cream cheese until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Wipe mushrooms clean with damp paper towel. Remove stems and scoop out gills. Discard.

Arrange mushrooms on baking sheet. Lightly spray mushrooms with olive oil spray; set aside.

In a large bowl combine crab meat, 1/3 cup Panko crumbs, parmesan, mayo, cream cheese, garlic, green onions, herbs, salt and pepper.

Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the crab dip (about 1 - 1 /2 tablespoons per mushroom).

Combine oil and remaining Panko crumbs until evenly coated. Sprinkle the panko mixture over the tops of the mushrooms.

Serve immediately.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.

Arrange the mushroom caps on the sheet pan.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 3-4 minutes or until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds more.

Place the onion mixture in a large bowl along with the crab, cream cheese, shredded cheese, parmesan and 2 tablespoons of chives. Stir to combine.

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or brush a pan lightly with olive oil.

Remove stems and gills from mushrooms. Chop stems for filling and set aside. Place prepared caps on the baking sheet.

Shred mozzarella cheese.

Preheat oven to 350°.

Spray baking pan with sides with baking spray.

Gently clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove stems, reserving stems.  Place mushroom caps, gill sides up in the prepared baking dish.

Finely chop mushroom stems, about 1/2 of a cup.

Melt 1/2 cup butter in a skillet set on medium heat.

Add chopped mushroom stems, garlic, onions, and green peppers and cook until slightly softened, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Remove from the heat.

Add crab meat, parsley, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs.  Mix until moist.

Evenly distribute the mixture between mushroom caps.

Make the garlic butter sauce. In a separate saucepan, mix 1/2 cup melted butter, white wine and garlic powder.  Drizzle over mushroom caps.

**If using cheese, add cheese to the cooked mushrooms and place back into the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.

lightly coat mushroom

Fill each of the mushroom caps

Add remaining swiss cheese

to top and each mushroom should get a few drops of melted butter.
