Well, YUM!  And I think you need to add campanelle pasta to your list - it is my fave for holding sauce, and it is super pretty too!  Yay pasta!

The video adds spinach, but it is not mentioned in the ingredients ?.
I found this very bland and had to add assorted extras to give it some taste. My family was not impressed !  Next time i will add flavoured cream cheese and more herbs and spices

My Salt and Pepper Tofu is FAIL-PROOF, and I also have a few secret tips for extra crispy tofu, plus my homemade savory pepper seasoning. This recipe is one of my favorite ways to enjoy tofu and is always a crowd-pleaser. Salt and Pepper Tofu takes less than 30 minutes to make and is a perfect weeknight dinner with simple-to-find ingredients.

Salt and Pepper Tofu

Medium Firm

Salt

Water

Tapioca Starch

½ tsp of ground Sichuan peppercorn

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces. Soak the tofu in 1 tbsp of salt and 2 cups of water. Make sure all the tofu is soaked in the water for at least 10 minutes.

Gently pat dry the tofu, and coat the tofu in tapioca starch. Let the tofu rest in the tapioca starch for 5 minutes while you heat the oil.

In a pan, add in oil, turn the heat up to medium-high. Add tofu once the oil is hot and let it fry for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

Remove and set aside, optional but highly recommended, turn the heat up to high, and double fry in high heat for another 1-2 minutes to make it EXTRA crispy!

Mix all the ingredients for the seasoning mix - salt, white pepper, garlic powder, Sichuan peppercorn, mushroom powder, and ground chili.

In a pan, drizzle in oil and add in minced garlic, chopped red chili, and green onion. Saute together for 2-3 minutes.

Add in crispy tofu, season with seasoning salt, and toss in high heat for 30 seconds.

Pour hot water over frozen udon so udon can separate, drain and set aside.

In a pan, melt butter. Once butter is fully melted, add in flour to create a roux.

Slowly add in cream or milk, dashi powder, a pinch of black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until there is no flour lump and let it simmer on medium-low heat for 1-2 minutes or until the sauce becomes thick.

Turn the heat off, Add in udon noodles and mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix together mayo and Masago. Add in the udon and mix it all.

Optional, but HIGHLY recommended, poach an egg.

To serve, start with the Creamy Masago Udon, add on the poached egg & garnish with seaweed and green onion. ENJOY!

Crispy Spicy Garlic Tofu

Pack of Medium-firm Tofu

Sweet Potato Flour

tbsp of Minced Garlic

Black Vinegar

2.5 tbsp of Vegetarian Oyster Sauce

HOT oil

Drain the tofu and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Coat the tofu in tapioca starch and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan; once the oil is hot, add tofu and deep-fry for 6-7 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

Add minced garlic, black vinegar, vegetarian oyster sauce, chopped green onion, crushed cumin, Korean red chili flakes, sesame seeds, sugar, and chopped cilantro in a bowl.

Heat 4 tbsp of oil, and drizzle the hot oil over the bowl. Mix till everything is combined.

Drizzle the sauce all over the crispy tofu, and garnish with green onion and cilantro.

Cut the top part of the garlic off and drizzle on 1 tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, wrap in tin foil and roast the garlic at 380 F for 40 Minutes.

Add in soft butter, gochujang, black pepper, oregano, and fresh chives in a bowl.

Squeeze out the roasted garlic, mix and taste to adjust the spice level by adding more gochujang.

Spread a generous amount of garlic butter over bread and bake at 400F for 10 minutes.

In a pan, drizzle in oil and turn the heat to medium-high. Once the pan is hot, add the chicken, skin side facing down.

Add back in the chicken and cook for 1 minute on each side on high heat.

Prepare the noodles based on instruction, and set aside 1 ladle of the noodle water.

Add chopped green onion, grated ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, white pepper, red chili flakes, sesame seeds, white pepper, and dashi powder in a bowl.

Heat three tablespoons of oil, and once the oil is hot and smoking, drizzle in sesame oil and let it cook for another 5-10 seconds.

Drizzle the hot oil over the bowl, and mix everything before adding soy sauce and a ladle of noodle water.

Finally, add in the noodles, and mix to enjoy
