The Paloma is a refreshing, thirst-quenching alternative to the traditional Margarita.  This version is made with freshly-squeezed grapefruit and lime juices, smooth tequila and filled with Club Soda.  Citrus fruit can vary in sweetness so if the grapefruit juice is naturally too sweet, a bit of agave nectar can be added to sweeten it up if desired.  A perfect warm-weather sipper or for Cinco de Mayo celebrating!

In a shaker with ice combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice and tequila.  Shake vigorous and strain into a high ball glass filled with fresh ice.

Fill with Club Soda and garnish.

Make your Elderflower Simple Syrup by combining the water, monk fruit sweetener, and elderflowers in small saucepan over medium heat.

Simmer the mixture for 3-5 minutes, then turn off the heat and let the liquid cool for 10 minutes .

Strain the liquid through a paper towel into a cup/bowl and discard the solids.

Pour the champagne, grapefruit juice, and Elderflower Simple Syrup in a wine glass and stir to combine.

Garnish the wine glass with a sprig of thyme and a grapefruit wedge.

White Malibu Rum

splash grenadine, (optional)

club soda

grapefruit slices, (for serving)

In the bottom of a large pitcher, muddle together the mint leaves and sugar.

Stir in grapefruit juice, then rum. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Fill cocktail glasses with crushed ice; add prepared grapefruit rum cocktail to each glass.

Top with a splash of grenadine, if desired, and a splash of club soda.

Garnish with grapefruit slices and enjoy!

Grapefruit Simple syrup is mixed with rose water, tequila, grapefruit soda, and ice for the most refreshing cocktail. Finish with a rose petal sugar rim and dried grapefruit slices  for the prettiest cocktails you will ever make!

Grapefruit & Rose Paloma

grapefruit juice

oz tequila

grapefruit rose simple syrup (*made above)

grapefruit soda

rose petals (*crushed)

Begin by making the simple syrup. Add your grapefruit juice, sugar, and rose water to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly until the sugar has dissolved completely and the syrup has thickened slightly. Remove from the heat and let cool.

While the syrup is cooling prepare your rose sugar rim for each glass. Add your organic sugar and crushed dried rose petals to a plate and use a spoon to mix. Then, add a small amount of water to a seperate plate. Take each glass and dip it into the plate with water. Then, dip it into the plate containing the rose petal sugar and twist. Let the sugar rim set for at least 5 minutes before adding in the cocktail ingredients.

Once the syrup has cooled and the sugar rim is on make your cocktail! Add 1/4 cup of the syrup to each cocktail glass along with 1.5 oz of tequila and 3/4 cup grapefruit soda. Stir to combine and top each cocktail with ice to fill. Enjoy!

oz Junmai sake (Nigori

2.5 oz gin (pure, distilled. We use Breckenridge gin.)

oz grapefruit juice (Tropicana preferred)

Tiny pinch ground nutmeg (optional)

4-5 medium size Ice cubes (plus extra for serving)

grapefruit sparkling water (chilled)

rosemary (garnish, optional)

Add Shake

In a shaker, add the sake, gin, grapefruit juice, ginger, a tiny dash of ground nutmeg powder, if using, and 4-5 medium size ice cubes. Shake 30-40 seconds.

Filter

Pour the cocktail through a strainer filter into two cocktail glasses.

Serve

Add a splash of grapefruit sparkling water. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and grapefruit slice, if using.

This Cinnamon Grapefruit Paloma elevates your typical tequila cocktail into a cozy, yet refreshing fall drink. It&#x27;s filled with a cinnamon infused simple syrup, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, orange juice, tequila, orange liqueur, and a splash of soda water. To top it all off, the cocktail is rimmed in a cinnamon salty sugar!

Cinnamon Grapefruit Paloma

Grand Marnier

Moisten the edge of your glass with a grapefruit wedge and rim in the cinnamon salty sugar. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add a few ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and add the tequila, Grand Marnier, grapefruit juice, orange juice, and cinnamon simple syrup. Shake for 20 seconds and pour in the glass. Top with a splash or two of club soda, stir to combine, and garnish with a graperfuit wedge. Enjoy immediately!

For the paloma

Bring the water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks to a boil in a small saucepan. Boil for 2 minutes to let the cinnamon infuse. Let cool completely, then strain and discard cinnamon sticks.

For the cinnamon simple syrup

Add salt, sugar, and cinnamon to a plate and stir together with your fingers to combine.

For cinnamon salty sugar

If you&rsquo;re using a jarrito, submerge it in a large bowl of water while you prep the rest of the ingredients. If you&#39;re using a regular glass, fill it with ice and water.

Remove the jarrito from the water or empty out your glass. Fill it halfway with ice.

Squeeze the orange, lemon, lime, and grapefruit juice directly into the jarritos or into a cocktail shaker or cup. Add the tequila and salt, then stir.

If you&#39;ve used a cocktail shaker or cup, pour the citrus and tequila mixture into your serving jarrito or serving glass. Fill the cup to the top with grapefruit soda.

Garnish your cantarito with a pinch more salt on top and a wedge of lemon, lime, orange, or grapefruit. Serve it with an optional lime &amp; salt or chamoy &amp; Tajin rim. Happy drinking!

Cantaritos are a popular Mexican cocktail recipe made with tequila, citrus fruits, salt, and bubbly grapefruit soda. Each one is sweet, tangy, and incredibly refreshing!

The classic Paloma gets a sweet and smokey twist with the addition of honey and mezcal.

Mezcal Paloma

chili powder

oz Mezcal (or sub tequila)

oz Grapefruit juice

oz honey simple syrup

Club soda

Combine

Combine salt, chili powder, and lime zest and spread out a small plate.

Make Chili-Lime Salt Rim

Wipe the rim of a highball glass with a wedge of lime. Dip into the chili-lime salt to coat rim.

Shake

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the mezcal, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup and shake about 15 seconds.

Pour

Pour into a salt-rimmed glass and top off with club soda and a few ice cubes.  Garnish with mint and grapefruit wedges.
