These bite-sized, air fryer bacon burgers make a great low-carb appetizer – perfect for the Super Bowl.

Air Fryer Bacon-Burger Bites

lbs 90% beef

oz center cut raw bacon (minced)

yellow mustard

tsp kosher salt

onion powder

tsp black pepper

butter lettuce

cherry tomatoes

Using your hands, gently mix together the beef, bacon, mustard, salt, onion powder and pepper.

Form into 30 (golf ball size) balls.

Preheat the air fryer 400F. Working in batches arrange burgers in a single layer.

Cook, flipping halfway to your desired doneness, 8 to 10 minutes for medium.

Place each burger on a skewers with lettuce, pickles and tomatoes and serve with dipping sauces.

These Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Wings are crispy, delicious and so easy to make in the air fryer! Made with crispy cauliflower and a delicious vegan buffalo sauce, this is the perfect healthy low carb side, keto snack or appetizer for game day!

Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

almond flour

almond milk (, can sub any milk)

tsp onion salt

paprika

garlic powder

cauliflower florets (, about 1 medium cauliflower)

buffalo sauce ((Tessamae's OR Frank's))

Tbs vegan butter (, can sub with Ghee if not dairy-free for Whole30)

CUT THE CAULIFLOWER INTO PIECES: Remove most of stem and chop the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

MAKE THE BATTER: In a large bowl, combine almond flour, almond milk ,onion salt, garlic powder and paprika in a bowl and mix until smooth.

Add the cauliflower florets to the mixture and toss to coat.

Place the cauliflower florets in a single layer in air fryer basket, you will have to work in batches.

AIR FRY at 375 for 12-14 minutes until golden brown, shaking halfway through.

Meanwhile, mix the hot sauce &amp; melted vegan butter / ghee together in a bowl.Pour the buffalo sauce evenly over the cauliflower &amp; toss to coat. Air Fry for an additional 2-3 minutes or until crispy and just starting to brown.

Add all the ingredients (except the dressing) to a large bowl and mix together well.

Roll into meatballs roughly the size of a golf ball. You can use a 1 1/2 tablespoon scoop to help make them all the same size.

Place the meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

I personally hate relish, especially sweet relish, but love dill pickles. I used oat bran instead of bread crumbs, as we are at the lake and I had none, and steak sauce in place of worcestershire for the same reason, and dumped in a tablespoon or so of blue cheese dressing for extra moisture, just because I had some. They were really good. I served them along with hamburger dill slices so one could spear one along with a meatball. My grandson loved them. The concept is wonderful. One can be as creative as they want. Thanks for sharing.

I just made these tonight, and they were so good!!  My family loved them!  I can't believe I'm just now discovering these and this website!  I had to change up a few things, I was out of onion soup mix (hubs is recovering from surgery so I can't run off to much).  I made my own, beef bullion, onion powder, garlic powder, I added steak seasoning, season salt and siracha!  I didn't have any bread crumbs so I turned croutons into breadcrumbs.  I made a huge batch and froze another pound of the mix.  They are that good!!! Thanks!

These are delicious!  I made them larger and got about 24 out of the recipe.  People were asking me for the recipe  at the party and sending me texts asking for it after.  I highly suggest at least doubling the recipe because people can’t stop eating them!  I made thousand island dressing using Greek yogurt to go with them for dipping.  I definitely will be making these again.

Air Fryer Avocado Fries

avocados

lemon juice (or lime juice)

coconut flour

eggs (whisked)

pork

tsp sea salt

Cut avocados into long wedges: Slice the avocado in half, then remove the pit. Use your hands to remove the skin. Slice each half lengthwise into ¼-½ inch thick slices.

Place the avocado slices on a plate and sprinkle the avocados with lemon juice. This keeps the avocados from turning bitter after cooking.

In a bowl, add coconut flour. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. In the last bowl, stir together pork panko, garlic powder, paprika, and sea salt.

Dredge an avocado slice in coconut flour, shake off excess, then dip in the egg wash. Finally, dredge in the pork rinds mixture so all sides are covered. Transfer to a plate then repeat with the rest of the avocado slices.

Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F.

Arrange the avocado slices in a single layer on the air fryer tray.

Optional: Spray with cooking oil for an extra crispy texture.

Air fry for 10 minutes until browned and crispy.

Enjoy dipped in your favorite sauce like fry sauce, mayo, ranch, etc.

Use a small pan that fits the eggs.

Remove the eggs from the fridge whilst you bring kettle of water to the boil.

Pour the water into the pan and bring back to a boil. Once boiling reduce the heat to a simmer and carefully use a slotted spoon or skimmer to lower the eggs into the water.

Turn the heat back up and set the timer for 13 minutes.

Whilst the eggs are boiling get a bowl of well iced water ready.

As soon as the timer goes use a slotted spoon or skimmer to remove the eggs from the boiling water and drop them straight into the ice bath.

Let the eggs cool for 5 minutes then gently crack the eggs and the shells should slide off.

Seperate the yolks from the whites, then finely chop the yolk and set to one side. Chop the egg whites slightly larger and set to one side separately to the yolks.

Peel and finely chop the red onion.

At this point everything can be covered and kept in the refrigerator for a few hours.
