This Ninja Foodi Grill recipe for Meatloaf is something your family will be asking for time and time again. 

It comes together quickly and chances are the ingredients are things you may already have on hand.

Ninja Foodi Grill Recipe: Meatloaf

lb Ground Beef 80/20

Eggs

Panko Bread Crumbs

tbsp Ketchup

tbsp BBQ Sauce

Worcestershire Sauce

tbsp Steak Seasoning

Lightly beat the eggs in a large mixing...

Mix in the bbq, and Worcestershire sauce into...

Add the seasoning and mix well

Crumble the uncooked ground beef into the egg...

Add half the bread crumbs and continue to...

Shape the Meatloaf mixture into a loaf shape

Sprinkle a little more seasoning on the top

Preheat the Ninja Foodi Grill to 350° on...

Carefully place the meatloaf in the air crisp...

Carefully place the meatloaf in the air crisp basket and add to the grill after the preheating is completed

Bake at 350° for 15 minutes

Return to Bake for 10 to 15 minutes,...

Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving. 

Ninja Foodi Grill Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken

Sazon Seasoning (1 packet)

Adobe Seasoning

Frank's Red Hot Stingin' Honey Garlic Sauce

Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into tenders. Based on the size of the chicken breasts, you should be able to get anywhere from 2-4 chicken tenders from each. Each tender should be about 1.5 inches thick.

In a large bowl, combine chicken, adobo seasoning, black pepper, and Sazon seasoning packet. Mix thoroughly.

Add Frank’s red Hot Stingin’ Honey Garlic Sauce to the seasoned chicken, stir, cover, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.

Insert the removable cooking pot and grill grate into your Ninja Foodi Grill.

turn on

Turn on the Ninja Foodi XL Grill. Using the Grill Mode, choose HI. Set timer for 18 minutes and press start to pre-heat the grill.

Spray the grill insert with non-aerosol, non-stick cooking spray.

Once the grill says “add food”, place the chicken tenders onto the grill using tongs.

Once the timer is down to 9 minutes (half of the recommended cooking time) open the Ninja Foodi Grill lid and flip the chicken over so that it can cook on the other side. Close Ninja Foodi Grill lid.

After 5 minutes, open the grill lid and check for doneness on the chicken tenders. Continue to check on the chicken every 2 minutes until the chicken tenders have reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit or until the inside is no longer pink.

Once the chicken has reached the desired temperature, remove it from the grill and serve with your favorite sides!

Best air fryer vegetables you will ever make are here! No breading, just seasonings and mixed vegetables cooked to perfection. A healthy side dish fave.

Air Fryer Vegetables

zucchini

squash

mushrooms

olive oil

onion (sliced)

Italian seasoning

tsp garlic salt

tsp Lawrys (seasoned salt)

Slice zucchini and yellow squash into dials. The thinner they are the softer they will get. I would recommend 3/4&quot; thick so they all are the same consistency when done.

Slice mushrooms in half. Put all vegetables in a bowl and toss together gently. (if you want to add 1/2-1 full precooked sausage link diced into bite size pcs., add that now too)

Pour olive oil on top and toss gently, then sprinkle in all seasonings in bowl and gently toss one more time.

Add half of your vegetables into your air fryer, close, and set to 400 degrees for 10 minutes. I did not bother shaking or tossing halfway through and they came out amazing.

Remove, enjoy, and add other half at 400 degrees for 10 minutes to finish cooking batch.

Ninja Foodi Grill Chicken Wings

Chicken Wings (Uncooked wings, flats and drums seperated, patted dry)

Goya Adobo Seasoning (Pepper flavored)

sauce

Non-Stick Cooking Spray (Non-aerosal spray)

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings and Adobo seasoning (or any other all seasoning of choice) and mix well using a mixing spoon.

pre-heat

Pre-heat the Ninja Foodi XL grill on AIR CRISP mode, 400 degrees for 40 minutes.

spray with cooking spray

Lightly spray the chicken wings with the non-stick cooking spray.  Be sure to evenly coat all wings.

Place the chicken wings into the air crisp basket and close the lid.

Begin to cook on AIR CRISP mode for 400 degrees, 40 minutes cook time.

Every 5-10 minutes open the lid and mix, shake, flip the wings often to provide an all-around even cooking.

With 5 minutes of air crisp time remaining, open the lid and remove the chicken wings from the crisping basket and place them into a large bowl.

Add the Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo sauce (or any other sauce of your liking) and mix well.

return wings to pot

Place the wings back into the Ninja Foodi XL Grill and cook for the remaining 5 minutes.  When the time is up, open the lid and remove the wings.  Top with additioanl sauce if desired.

Ninja Foodi Grill Potatoes

potatoes

avocado oil

rosemary (crumbled)

sea salt

black pepper

Parmesan

Set your Ninja Grill to ROAST and set the temperature to 400 degrees.  Set the timer for 15 minutes.

In a large bowl toss the potato chunks with avocado oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Arrange in a single layer in the basket.

Once the grill has been preheated, cook for 15 to 20 minutes, to the desired doneness.

Transfer the potatoes back to the bowl and toss with the parmesan.

Looking for an easy side dish that is sure to please?  Cook a baked potato in the Ninja Foodi Grill, and the whole family is sure to be happy.

Ninja Foodi Grill Baked Potato

avocado oil (or olive oil)

cheddar

sour cream

bacon (crumbled)

chives

Set your grill to Air Crisp at 375° F and set the timer to 45 minutes.

Scrub the potatoes and prick with a fork 3 or 4 times.  Brush the outside of the skin with oil and sprinkle with salt.

When the grill is preheated, add the potatoes to the air crisper basket.  Close the lid and cook for 45 minutes.

Open the lid and check the potatoes to make sure they are cooked through.  (The total cooking time will depend on the size of the potatoes.) If they are not tender, continue cooking for another 5 to 10 minutes.

When the potatoes are done bakings, slice them lengthwise, leaving the two halves connected.

Use a fork to fluff the potatoes.

Sprinkle with the cheese, and return to the grill to melt the cheese, about 2 minutes.

Dollop with sour cream and sprinkle with bacon and chives.

If you don’t have a Ninja Foodi Grill, you can bake the potatoes at 400° F for 1 hour, or until tender.

Place the salmon in a shallow dish.

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, avocado oil, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.

Pour over the salmon and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade.

Preheat your Foodi Grill to Grill - MAX. Set the timer for 5 minutes.

Add the salmon and close the lid.

Cook for 5 minutes until the desired doneness.

Serve with lemon wedges.

Ninja Foodi Grill Steak and Potatoes

potatoes (russet)

c avocado oil

tbsp steak seasoning

tbsp sea salt

Wash potatoes, dry, and poke with a fork all over them.

Rub avocado oil all over each one so they are well saturated. Sprinkle salt on outsides and put into air fryer basket.

Close lid and set to 400 degrees, air fryer function, for 35 minutes. Flip, then cook for an additional 10 minutes (for med/large sizes) or until middle is fork tender when poked.

Remove potatoes and cover with foil to keep warm. Remove air fryer basket and replace with grill piece inside machine. Close lid and set to grill, 500 degrees for 10 minutes. Allow to preheat.

Sprinkle both sides of steak with seasoning and press down so it sticks well.

When Ninja Foodi Grill is done preheating it will say lift add food. Add steaks now.

Sirloins we cooked 8 minutes flipping halfway through, filet cooked for 6 minutes flipping after 4 minutes.

Remove once you feel it is done to your liking. Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes to maintain juiciness before cutting.

Ninja Foodi Grill Review - What I Really Think!

Easy dinners don't get much tastier than this Ninja Foodi Grill Chicken Breast recipe!  Perfectly juicy chicken in a snap.

Ninja Foodi Grill Chicken Breast

Optional Garnishes: crushed red pepper flakes, Maldon sea salt, parsley

In a blender, combine the avocado oil, lemon juice and zest, parsley, salt, and pepper—process for 1 minute.

Place the chicken in a shallow dish or zip-top bag.  Pour all but 1/4 cup of the marinade over the chicken and toss to coat.

Reserve the remaining marinade.

Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.

Drain the marinade.

Using the grill setting, preheat to medium heat. Set the timer to 16 minutes.

When you get the add food notification, add the chicken.

Cook for 8 minutes and then flip. Brush with reserved marinade.

Cook for an additional eight minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160° F.

Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Ninja Foodi Grill

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Grill, covered, for 8 minutes. Flip and brush with the reserved marinade.

Cook for about 8 minutes more until the meat reaches about 160 degrees.

(It will continue to cook as it rests and reach the recommended 165 degrees.

This simple-to-make dish is borderline irresistible and will quickly become a favorite for you to cook in your Ninja Foodi Grill or air fryer. The balance of spice from the jalapeno pepper with the creaminess of the cream cheese and salty bacon makes your mouth yearn for another bite.

Ninja Foodi Grill Recipe: Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Jalapeno poppers halved lengthwise

bacon

cream cheese

barbecue seasoning

Cut the jalapeno peppers lengthwise into two halves

Use a small spoon to scrape and remove all seeds and white veins or other ribs from the pepper

Use a butter knife to cut the cream cheese into a small block that will fit inside the pepper, about 2 tablespoons

Stuff the pepper with the cream cheese by pressing it into the pepper cavity

Sprinkle with BBQ seasoning

Starting at the stem side of the jalapeno pepper wrap the bacon around the cheese to hold it in place stretching the bacon slightly as you wrap

Sprinkle the remaining BBQ seasoning on the bacon wrapping the peppers

Preheat your Ninja Foodi Grill or air fryer to 350F

Place the peppers in the cooker in a single row

Cook for about 10 minutes or until the bacon is cooked to your desired doneness.
