It’s time for some healthy ice cream! This Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Ice Cream recipe quick, low carb, and all you need is 4 ingredients!

Chocolate & Vanilla Protein Ice Cream

½-2 Cups Ice

½ Scoops Protein Powder (Chocolate)

Ounces Milk (or Milk Substitute)

Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites

Tablespoons Cocoa Powder (10 grams)

½ Scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla)

¼ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (*Optional)

Add all of your ingredients into a blender that can crush ice

Blend until smooth (you may need to stir it a few times and keep blending OR add a bit more liquid in if it’s not blending at all)

This cookies and cream “ice cream” is made with frozen bananas, coconut cream, and added whey protein.

Cookies and Cream Protein "Ice Cream”

Bananas (peeled, sliced and frozen)

½ Cup Coconut cream

Tbsp Maple syrup

Scoop Whey Protein

chocolate sandwich cookies,

Place the bananas, coconut cream, maple syrup, and protein powder in a food processor.

Blend for 5-7 minutes or until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Stir in the cookies. Place the “ice cream” in a container and freeze until ready to use.

Garnish with additional crushed cookies if desired.

Here is the recipe:

2 Medium Bananas
1/2 Scoop (16g) Protein Powder
2oz Fat Free Milk (or milk substitute)
1-2 Packets Stevia (or any sweetener)

Mix all of the ingredients together with a food processor. If you don't have a food processor a blender/mixer will work but may take longer. If the mix appears to be too thick, add a bit more milk. Put it in the freezer for 20+ minutes or until it's a bit frozen. Enjoy!

Tip: Use fat free whip cream/cool whip to top it!

Ready for some delicious Chocolate Keto Ice Cream made using an avocado? This low carb ice cream takes just a couple minutes to make!

The Best Chocolate Keto Ice Cream

Avocado (The riper the better)

Ounces Coconut Milk (Unsweetened Full Fat)

Tablespoons Heavy Cream

Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

¼ Cup Sweetener (Your Choice)

Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

Salt

½ Teaspoon Xantham Gum

Scoop Protein Powder (*Optional

Chocolate Chips (Sugar Free *Optional)

Cut and remove your Avocado

Add all of your ingredients into your food processor or blender

Cover and process or blend until smooth

Add in whatever you want

Freeze…until frozen!

This Fairlife protein ice cream recipe uses a Fairlife chocolate protein shake as the main ingredient to create a simple and delicious chocolate ice cream! Note: 1 serving = 1 pint

Ninja Creami Fairlife Protein Ice Cream

Chocolate Fairlife Protein Shake

Chocolate Sugar-Free Pudding Mix

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

In a bowl, whisk 1 1/3 chocolate Fairlife protein shakes, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1 tbsp chocolate sugar-free pudding mix.
Note: You can use a single shake, but the mixture will not fill the entire pint (which is okay too)!

Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint, ensuring it does not go past the max fill line.

Freeze the pint for 24 hours, making sure it is placed on a flat surface in the freezer.





After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer, and plug in your Ninja Creami machine! Time for the magic.
Remove the lid from the pint and grab the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Place the pint securely into the outer bowl and cover with the lid. Once the lid is on, place the outer bowl into the machine, twisting to the right until it locks into place. Press the "Lite Ice Cream" button and (try to) wait patiently for the creamy treat coming your way.





Once the process is finished, press and hold the button on the left side of the Creami to twist the bowl to the left and remove it from the machine. Twist the lid off of the outer bowl and remove the pint.

If the ice cream came out crumbly, add 1 tbsp of milk (any type will work) and re-spin on the Re-Spin function. Repeat this process until you achieve the desired level of creaminess!

Now your Fairlife protein ice cream is ready to enjoy!

This Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream recipes uses only two ingredients and the results are thick, creamy, loaded with protein, and tastes just like your favorite chocolate soft serve. All you need is your favorite protein shake and some instant pudding mix (to add extra flavor and improve texture).

Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream

11.4 oz Chocolate Protein Shake, I used Fairlife Nutrition Plan

Chocolate

1-2 tablespoons liquid for re-spin, milk, chocolate milk, or even water

Mix Base in Pint Container -

To the included Ninja Creami plastic pint container add the protein shake and pudding mix. Mix to combine. I like to use a milk frother to do this, but you can also mix well with a fork or small whisk.

Freeze -

Place the pint in the freezer and freeze for 24 hours so it is fully solid. Make sure you place it on a level surface in your freezer. I also like to freeze it without the lid on as I find it helps prevent the 'volcano peak' in the middle, but the peak is easy to scrape away before blending if you prefer to freeze with lid on.

Prep for Blending -

Remove the frozen pint from the freezer. If you have a 'peak' in the center, it's best to scrape most of it away with a spoon. It doesn't need to be perfectly even, but you want it to be as level and even as possible so the blade doesn't go off kilter.

Blend -

Insert into the outer bowl, add the lid, and lock into position. Blend on 'Lite Ice Cream'

Add Liquid and Re-Spin -

It's normal for the ice cream to be a little powdery and crumbly after just one spin. Make a little well in the center, add the extra liquid, and re-spin on the same lite ice cream setting.

Enjoy -

After the second spin, your protein ice cream should be creamy and ready to enjoy!

This healthy protein ice cream uses frozen bananas as the base and can easily be made into two different flavors - chocolate or vanilla. It&#039;s vegan and you&#039;ll love how creamy and delicious it is!

Protein Ice Cream

bananas,

dairy-free milk (I used almond milk)

almond butter or peanut butter

cocoa powder

scoop (25 grams) chocolate protein powder (I used Nuzest)

chocolate chips

vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste

cinnamon

Place bananas, almond milk, almond butter, cocoa powder and protein powder into a food processor or high speed blender.

Blend

Pulse/process until smooth and creamy. This should take about 3-4 minutes. You may need to turn off the motor and stir the mixture a couple times while processing.

Add in cacao nibs or chocolate chips (if using) and pulse once more.

Serve

Spoon ice cream into a bowl and enjoy! If you want to be able to scoop the ice cream you can pour it into a loaf pan lined with parchment and place in the freezer for 2 hours. Once hard, use an ice cream scoop to scoop it out and enjoy. Ice cream can be kept in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Treat your sweet tooth with this healthy and refreshing Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Magnum Ice Cream! Dairy-free, healthy &amp; refined sugar-free recipe.

Vegan Chocolate and Hazelnut Protein Ice Cream

plain coconut yoghurt (sweetened, or unsweetened)

chocolate

cacao powder

maple syrup (optional)

dark chocolate, melted

tsp crushed hazelnuts

In a double boiler melt the dark chocolate. Add about 1 Tbsp of melted chocolate into each of 3 moulds (amount may vary slightly depending on the size of your mould) and move the chocolate around to coat the sides and bottom with a thin layer. Place the moulds into the freezer for 5-10 minutes for the chocolate to set.

In a mixing bowl combine the plain coconut yoghurt with the protein powder, cacao powder and maple syrup. Whisk up all the ingredients until smoothly combined, then transfer the mix to a piping bag.

Evenly divide the protein ice cream filling into the ice cream moulds and place them back into your freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes or until set.

Coat the top of the frozen popsicles with chocolate and place in the freezer to set for 5 minutes.  Drizzle any excess melted chocolate over the top and instantly decorate with crushed hazelnuts.

The. popsicles are ready to enjoy after 5 more minutes in the freezer, or keep them in there until you're ready for a refreshing, protein loaded snack!

This Vegan Protein Ice Cream recipe is everything you want in a frozen dessert and more! Perfectly sweet, creamy, and decadent, it also packs serious protein thanks to silken tofu and nut butter. You can even make it nut-free with a simple swap! See the recipe notes for other flavor ideas.

Vegan Protein Ice Cream (With Silken Tofu)

⅓ cup plus 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter, salted

sugar

peanut butter, unsweetened,

syrup,

Tablespoon vanilla extract

sea salt

Plan

If using an ice cream maker with a removable canister, be sure to freeze the canister for at least 24 hours before making ice cream.

In a blender combine all ingredients except the oil. Blend on high speed until completely smooth. With the blender running, drizzle in the melted oil.

Freeze

Churn the mixture according to the instructions for your ice cream maker. At this point the ice cream will be similar to soft serve. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for 3 to 4 hours. Note that once the protein ice cream has been in the freezer overnight, it is too firm to scoop straight from the freezer. Let it soften at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Whip up a batch of this protein ice cream whenever an ice cream craving strikes. This recipe tastes just like Halo Top and is made without any artificial preservatives.

500 g frozen Berry mix

Greek Yogurt (low fat)

Put the frozen berry mixture in a mixing bowl and blend with a blender.

Add the greek yogurt and continue mixing.

If you want it smooth then you should blend or process all of your ingredients together prior to adding it into your Creami container

Creami Cottage Cheese Protein Ice Cream

Take out your frozen Creami container from your freezer and let it unthaw for 10 minutes or run the sides under some hot water

Place it into your Creami and hit the Lite Ice Cream button

Add in 1-2 Ounces of Milk/Milk Substitute and hit the &quot;Re-Spin&quot; button

Add in anything else you want and hit the &quot;Mix-In&quot; button

I am obsessed with this high protein smoothie bowl! I thought it was impossible without a hundred carbs. But it can be done!

Ice ((125 grams))

Cashew Milk ((125 grams))

scoop Protein Powder ((30 grams))

Frozen Zucchini ((50 grams))

Frozen Mixed Berries ((50 grams))

Strawberries, chopped ((30 grams))

Mango, chopped ((30 grams))

Blueberries ((30 grams))

Bannanas, sliced ((30 grams))

Flake Salt

Good, but a heaping 1/4 tsp of kosher salt was WAY too salty, and I like things well seasoned (fruits and veggies included). Start with just a pinch or two and increase from there.

This was delicious! I made it this morning for breakfast and loved it! It was very substantial and filling too. One thing though is I couldn’t find this in MFP so I just put it in manually. I entered in Lillie Eats and Tells Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl and even added no toppings and I still didn’t see it.

This is the BEST, creamiest protein shake.  You&#39;ll forget why you ever needed ice cream before!  And it&#39;s massive.... my love language. Sounds like a process, but it takes me five minutes. WORTH IT.
