Shrimp Stir Fry - a quick and easy shrimp dinner with a honey soy garlic based sauce accompanied with vegetables that comes ready in 20 minutes from start to finish. A healthy and easy meal to enjoy any time!

Shrimp Stir Fry

soy sauce

chicken stock (, (adjust to desired thickness with more))

cornstarch

honey sugar

garlic

ginger

onion

vegetables (, (sliced carrots

red bell pepper

green onion (, sliced)

basil leaves

red pepper flakes (, (adjust to taste))

Whisk together soy sauce, chicken stock, cornstarch and honey. Set aside.&nbsp;

Heat up the skillet with about 2 tablespoon of oil.

Quickly stir in garlic and ginger into skillet, let it cook for about one minute or less. Do not let it burn. Add  in onions continue cooking for another 2 -3 minutes.

Stir in shrimp , and cook for about 1-2  minutes.

Pour in soy sauce mixture and   let it cook until it thickens.&nbsp;

Add vegetables, red bell pepper and green onions, continue stirring , about 2-3 minutes.

Finally throw in basil, If desired, you may adjust with broth. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.

Serve with warm rice.

If you haven’t had the pleasure of eating zoodles yet, you are in for a treat! This recipe combines tender zucchini noodles with shrimp and flavorful pesto for a light meal that&#39;s perfect for summer.

Pesto "Zoodles" with Shrimp

Start by making your zoodles with a spiralizer.

Put a large pan over medium-high heat and add half the coconut oil. When it&#39;s hot, add the shrimp, season it with salt and pepper, and cook for about 1 1/2 minutes.

Add the onion and cook for another 1 1/2 minutes.

Add half the garlic and cook for another minute or until the shrimp is opaque, then set the shrimp, onion, and garlic mixture aside.

Add the other half of the coconut oil and garlic to the same pan and cook for about 30 seconds.

Add the peas and zoodles to the pan and cook for about 1 1/2 minutes or until the zoodles start to soften.

Add the shrimp, tomatoes, and pesto to the pan, stir, and heat until warmed through, then serve warm.

Instant Pot Garlic Shrimp

lb shrimp (already cleaned)

lemon (sliced)

tbsp butter

paprika

Salt

Put butter and garlic in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”.

When butter melts, add shrimp, lemon slices, paprika and salt.

Mix well to let the flavors spread and saute for 4 minutes.

Serve and enjoy :)

Prawn & avocado platter with lime & chilli dressing

large headless cooked prawn

avocados

bag baby green salad leaf

lime juice

tsp clear honey

Peel the prawns, leaving the tails intact, then rinse and pat dry. Put all the dressing ingredients into a small bowl and whisk to mix.

Up to 1 hr before serving, peel and stone the avocados, then cut into thick slices and put in a large bowl with half the dressing. Mix lightly to coat all the slices (this prevents them turning brown). Chop the basil and add to the bowl along with the prawns. Toss everything together lightly. Scatter the leaves over a platter, then spoon the prawns, avocado and basil mix over. Drizzle with the remaining dressing and serve with lime wedges for squeezing over.

Gambas con Ajo: Wie ein spanischer Sommertraum

Milliliter Olivenöl

200 Milliliter Weißwein

Knoblauchzehen

Zunächst den Ofen auf 200 Grad Umluft vorheizen. In einer Schüssel das Öl und den Weißwein vermengen. Die Knoblauchzehen schälen und zusammen mit den Chilischoten in kleine Stücken hacken. Knoblauch und Chilischoten zur Weißwein-Mischung geben und gleichmäßig verteilen.

Die Knoblauch-Weißwein-Mischung nun in zwei ofenfeste Schalen geben und die Gambas auf beide Schalen aufteilen. Die Gambas con Ajo im vorgeheizten Backofen etwa 30 bis 40 Minuten backen. Die Petersilie waschen, hacken und den Saft der Zitrone in eine Schüssel pressen. Die Gambas con Ajo mit Petersilie und etwas Zitronensaft servieren. ¡Buen provecho!

Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Gradually whisk in grits and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until grits are thick and creamy, about 20-25 minutes.

While the grits are cooking, cook the bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove bacon from the skillet and set aside. Leave the bacon fat in the skillet.

Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika. In the same skillet used for bacon, cook the shrimp and garlic over medium heat until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Stir in lemon juice.

Once grits are cooked, remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted and smooth.

Serve the cheesy grits in bowls topped with shrimp, crispy bacon, and green onions. Add a dash of hot sauce if desired.

200 g small fresh shrimps (could use frozen ones too)

Clean the shrimp, if not done, take the veins out and wash them in cold water.

Add the shrimp to a small bowl with the lime juice, salt (enough to barely cover them).

Let marinate in the refrigerator from minimum 3 to 12 hours (longer the firmer the texture).

Cut the avocado, strawberry and chives.

Add to the avocado, olive oil, chives, a lime squeeze, salt and pepper and mix.

In the center of a plate, add a small cookie cutter (the metal cylinder) add a bottom layer of avocado mix, then the lime marinated shrimps then top with strawberries.

Gently pull up the cookie cutter and serve.

Easy Egg Fried Rice

Cook Prawns: In a non-stick pan over medium heat, cook prawns in oil until they turn pink. Set them aside.

Brown Onions: Set the heat to high. Add onions to the remaining oil and cook until they are slightly brown. Then, shift them to the side of the pan.

Stir-fry Eggs: Crack the eggs into the pan, mix the egg yolk and egg white, break them apart into small pieces using a spatula, and stir-fry until they’re cooked.

Mix Rice and Veggies: Add the rice, vegetable mix, and soy sauce. Mix well. Stir every 5-10 seconds to achieve a light golden crust. Add one or two tablespoons of water to keep the rice moist. Cook for 5-10 minutes, depending on your stovetop temperature.

Finish and Serve: Stir in the cooked prawns and spring onions then turn off the heat, and serve.

Shrimp and Merguez Couscous

With the rack in the highest position, preheat the oven’s broiler.

On a baking sheet, toss the cauliflower, bell pepper, onion, and garlic with the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place the sausages on the baking sheet next to the vegetables. Bake for about 15 minutes. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Stir the vegetables and add the shrimp (see note). Bake for about 5 minutes or until cooked. Cut the sausages into pieces and put them back on the baking sheet.

Meanwhile, in a bowl in the microwave oven, bring the broth to a boil. Add the couscous and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff the couscous with a fork.

On the baking sheet, add the couscous, parsley, and paprika. Toss well and adjust the seasoning. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with the lemon wedges.

Super délicieux!  Je l’ai fait en version cétogène en remplaçant le couscous/paprika fumée par du riz de chou-fleur/raz el hanout.  Tout le monde a aimé.

Très bon et simple à réaliser. Le jus de citron est un must.

Délicieux. Même mon conjoint qui n'aime pas l'odeur des saucisses merguez a beaucoup apprécié cette recette.

C'est toujours un bonheur d'avoir ça dans mon assiette et en plus c'est facile à faire et pas de chaudron à laver.
Je fais seulement la moitié du couscous et c'est bon avec différentes sortes de saucisses.   Quoi demander de plus!

Start by preparing the sauces: mix all the ingredients for the curry sauce in one bowl and those for the paprika sauce in another.
