You don't need to go out to Starbucks to make a white chocolate mocha at home.&nbsp;

Make a Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha at home

white chocolate chips (or white chocolate sauce)

espresso (or 1 tablespoon instant espresso plus 3 tablespoons of hot water to

milk (whole, half and half, or skim)

whipped cream

If you are using the white chocolate sauce - add the sauce to a coffee mug.

Heat the milk, and use a milk frother to make the milk frothy.

Layer the espresso and milk (frothed if you prefer) on top and stir.

Top with whipped cream. If you are using white chocolate chips - in a double boiler melt the white chocolate chips with the milk. Pour the milk mixture over the espresso and top with whipped cream.

In a small saucepan, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together. Add the water and simmer for 5 minutes, or until it coats the back of a spoon. Remove, allow to cool and store in an airtight container.

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Carefully pour hot water over the tea bags in a large pitcher. Steep the tea for 5-10 minutes. Remove the tea bags. Fill the remainder of the pitcher with lemonade.

Set your sous vide for 167 degrees. This will take some time to heat.

So prepare the recipe while this heats up. Into a blender add 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons cottage cheese, 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 1/4 cup shredded Gruyere cheese, and salt. Puree until it is a uniform mixture.

Spray 4 small canning jars (I use half-pint wide-mouth jelly jars) with a non-stick spray. Break a piece of bacon into each jar. 

Pour egg mixture into jars. Wipe the rim of the jar to make sure it is clean, then place the lid on the jar. Place jars into the sous vide.

Once the sous vide has reached 167 degrees, cook eggs for about 35 minutes or until they are completely set. If you do not wait until the sous vide has reached proper temperature the eggs may not set fully.

Remove eggs from the jars when they are done. Sprinkle additional shredded Gruyere cheese on top, and broil until they just turn brown. This recipe may be doubled.

Starbucks Sous Vide Eggs - Bacon and Grueyere

Save money and enjoy this flavor all year long when you make&nbsp;Starbucks Pumpkin Bread.

Starbucks Pumpkin Bread

all-purpose flour

baking soda

nutmeg

cardamom

allspice

clove

eggs (beaten)

pumpkin puree

vegetable oil

vanilla

pumpkin seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl add all of the dry ingredients; flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, salt, and spices. Sift the dry ingredients together. In a smaller bowl mix together the 2 beaten eggs, the oil, pumpkin puree, and the vanilla. 

Once the liquid ingredients are mixed well pour over the dry ingredients. Stir until the lumps are out. Do not over-stir the mixture. Pour into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top of the bread. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean when poked in the center of the loaf. 

Cool for approximately 5 minutes in the pan, and then turn the pumpkin bread onto a cooling rack. The bread cuts best when allowed to cool completely.

This copycat version of an Iced Caramel Macchiato tastes just like Starbucks!

Starbucks Iced Caramel Macchiato Recipe

Vanilla Syrup

Cup Ice Cubes (approximately), divided

Cup Cold Milk

Shots Espresso (or about 1/4 cup coffee)

Tablespoon Caramel Sauce

Add vanilla syrup to the bottom of a 16 oz cup.

Add ice cubes until the glass is about half-full. Slowly pour the milk over the ice cubes.

Add more ice until it almost reaches the top of the cup (if using a lid I would leave at least 1&#8243; of space so it doesn&#8217;t overflow). Slowly pour espresso over the top. Drizzle the caramel evenly over the top layer.

Swirl drink to combine ingredients before drinking. Enjoy!

Starbuck’s Petite Vanilla Scones - Copycat Recipe

cake flour (whisked

baking powder

fine sea salt

cream cheese (2 tablespoons)

heavy cream (1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons)

vanilla extract

For the Scones Set a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 425F.&nbsp;

Whisk the flour, baking powder and salt together in a medium bowl. Add the cream cheese and work it in with your fingertips really well until there are no little “pebbles” of cream cheese visible. The flour should seem very slightly mealy but not gummy. Whisk together the heavy cream and vanilla. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the cream. Stir gently to combine (I use a knife to avoid getting too crazy with mixing).&nbsp;

When the dough has mostly come together (there may be a bit of loose flour in the bowl), scrape the dough out onto a floured surface and knead 2-3 times until the dough is fairly smooth. Form the dough into a rectangle 6” x 5” and about ¾” high. I use a bench knife to help me get a nice, rectangular shape.&nbsp;

Cut the dough in half the long way and then cross-ways into thirds for a total of six small rectangles. Cut each rectangle into 2 small triangles and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet so they aren’t touching. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Glaze. Let the glaze set up for a couple of hours before serving. Reheat to just warm in the toaster oven or for a few seconds in the microwave.

Whisk together the powdered sugar, salt, milk and vanilla until you have a thick but pourable glaze. Place the scones on a cooling rack set over a cookie sheet or parchment to catch drips. Spoon a generous amount of glaze over each scone to completely cover the tops. Allow the glaze to set up for 15 minutes. Then, rewhisk the remaining glaze and repeat the glazing process. Let the glaze set up for at least two hours.

You can make rich and delicious Starbucks Hot Chocolate at home with this easy copycat recipe.

Starbucks Hot Chocolate

Heat the chocolate and heavy cream in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir.

If needed, microwave the mixture for another 10 to 15 seconds and stir again to ensure the chocolate is fully melted. Stir until it is smooth.

Store the ganache in your refrigerator when not using. Bring it to room temperature before using it to make hot chocolate.

Chocolate Ganache

Steam milk by heating it in the microwave until hot (180°F). Do not let it boil.

Pour the hot steamed milk into a jar, seal the jar with a lid, and shake the jar vigorously until the milk has increased in size.

Add 4 ounces of chocolate ganache and stir until well blended.

Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup if desired.

You can make Starbucks Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew Coffee Drink at home with this easy copycat recipe.

Starbucks Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew

2% milk

Use either a French press or a large mason jar, add 16 ounces of water to the vessel.

Add 1/2 cup of coarsely ground coffee.

Place a lid on the container and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.

After 12 hours, separate the coffee from the grounds. If using a French press, press down the plunger and pour off the water.

If you are using a Mason jar, pour the coffee through a coffee filter.

Store cold brew coffee in the refrigerator.

Prepare vanilla syrup by combining 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan.

Make the vanilla sweet cream by combining the 2% milk, heavy cream, and 2 tablespoons of the prepared vanilla syrup in a small bowl. Stir well.

If you do not use all of it immediately, store it in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
