Drain the liquid from the tuna cans. Then, add the tuna, mayonnaise, diced celery, diced red onion, herbs, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl.

Stir all of the ingredients together until well combined.

This wonderful pasta salad is made from store cupboard ingredients, delicious and easy.

Quick and Easy Corn &amp; Tuna Pasta Salad

Can Tuna (drained & broken up, of your choice)

pasta

onions

corn (thawed)

wine vinegar

mayonnaise (plus more to taste)

salt

black pepper

In a large bowl combine the tuna, pasta, corn and green onions. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt &amp; pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve can be stored for up to 3 days.

Process

Remove the florets from a head of broccoli, place in a food processor, and pulse until the texture resembles rice.

Add the drained canned tuna, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, broccoli rice, sunflower seeds, green onion, and chopped parsley to a bowl.

Stir

Stir everything together until it&#039;s well combined.

Drain the tuna in the can.

In a bowl mix tuna, mayonnaise, cilantro and juice from half a lime. Add salt to taste and stir it all together

Prepare couscous according to package directions and set aside.&nbsp; Prepare the vinaigrette dressing and set aside.&nbsp;

Preheat the grill to medium heat.&nbsp;    Place the sliced veggies in a large bowl, coat each slice with a little olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper.&nbsp; Grill the vegetables until all sides are charred and tender, about 5-10 minutes.&nbsp; Remove to a cutting board to cool slightly.

Cut the vegetables into 1/2 inch cubes and place in a large bowl.  Add the cooked couscous, the dressing, and the chopped green onions and stir well.  Add the tuna and lightly toss. Serve immediately or cover and keep refrigerated until ready to eat (up to 2 days)

Prepare your salad ingredient and place them in a large bowl.

In another bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning.

Take 2 tablespoons of the sauce and drizzle of the chunks of tuna and set aside.

Take another 3 Tablespoons of sauce (more or less to taste) and toss it with the salad ingredients.

Arrange the salad ingredients on the plate, I’ve clumped each ingredient separately with the greens at the bottom of the bowl.

Then top the tuna over the salad and drizzle more sauce on top. Serve the salad and enjoy :)

Chop and discard the heads off the pickled guindilla chillies. Add your beans to a chopping board along with your tuna and chillies and roughly chop them up.

Place prepped tuna into a large salad bowl.

Add in diced avocado, cucumber slices, sliced onions, and parsley or cilantro. Set aside.
