Pour the noodles into the pressure cooker. Add water, garlic powder salt, and pepper. Stir.
Put the lid on the pressure cooker and make sure the vent is set to "sealing".
Press the "Manual" button and set the timer to 4 minutes.
Once the noodles are done cooking place towel over lid of pressure cooker and switch the vent to venting. When the quick release is done remove lid from pot.
Turn pressure cooker to "saute" and add in cheese and 1/2 c. milk. Mix until cheese is melted. If you would like the cheese sauce thinner add more milk.
