Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Wash the fingerling potatoes, then dry them and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove any black spots if there are any.
Step 2
Preheat the air fryer to 385 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 3
In the meantime, add the halved potatoes into a bowl with the oil, salt, garlic powder, chopped rosemary, and black pepper. Toss everything until the potatoes are evenly coated in oil and spices.
Step 4
When the air fryer is hot, add the fingerling potatoes. Gently shake the potatoes to avoid overlap as best you can. If you have a very small air fryer, you might have to make this amount of potatoes in two batches.
Step 5
Cook the fingerling potatoes for 15-20 minutes until soft, slightly brown, and crispy on the outside. Shake the air fryer basket every 5 minutes to allow for even cooking. The total cook time can vary slightly by air fryer and size of potatoes.
Step 6
When the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and place them into a serving bowl. You can garnish them with more rosemary if desired.
