Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Have ready the storage container in which you will store your bliss balls.
Step 2
In a high-speed food processor, add all ingredients, except for the extra chia seeds for coating.
Step 3
Blend and process for 20-30 seconds until mixture sticks together.
Step 4
If after blending for more than 30 seconds and your mixture isn't sticking, add 1 tablespoon more of soft coconut oil at a time until it sticks.
Step 5
Place the extra chia seeds for coating in a small bowl and set aside.
Step 6
Form bliss balls by picking up 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball.
Step 7
Roll ball in chia seeds to coat then place then place into your storage container. Repeat with remaining mixture. TIP: I like to roll every second ball in chia seeds so they are not all coated.
Step 8
Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm or enjoy them immediately.
Step 9
Enjoy!
Step 10
Store in an air-tight container, refrigerated, for 1 week - 10 days or at room temperature. When stored in the fridge they do turn hard so before eating, leave at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften if desired.
