Step 1
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, rosemary, and thyme to create the marinade.
Step 2
Place the pork tenderloin in a ziplock bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the meat. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight.
Step 3
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Step 4
Remove the pork from the marinade, letting excess marinade drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
Step 5
Place the pork tenderloin on the grill and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 6
Continue grilling for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
Step 7
Once cooked, remove the tenderloin from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Step 8
Serve the sliced tenderloin with your choice of sides, such as roasted potatoes or vegetables.
