Step 1

Place garlic into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Step 2

Add all remaining ingredients and cook 5 min/100°C/speed 2 , without measuring cup.

Step 3

Insert measuring cup. Blend 30 sec/speed 4 -8, increasing speed gradually from speed 4 to speed 8. Transfer into a sterilised glass jar and allow to cool to room temperature, then store in the refrigerator until ready to use (see Tips).
