Step 1

Place a saucepan over medium heat and add your chocolate with a small splash of milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate has melted and you've got a smooth chocolate paste.

Add the sugar and remaining milk and then stir until it is fully dissolved. Add the cornstarch and whisk until combined in a smooth paste, then incorporate the cocoa powder

Step 3

The final step in the prep is to add the butter and vanilla, fold these in and then remove the pan and allow it to cool.

Step 4

Once slightly cooled, pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert a stick into each and freeze for around 4 hours or until set.
