A really good friend of mine is obsessed with Milestone’s Chicken Salad – obsessed. She asked me to replicate their dressing and while my dressing here is nothing at all like there’s (I don’t remember what it tastes like - :(), this dressing is definitely inspired by Milestone’s Chicken Salad dressing.

Honey Lime Peanut Vinaigrette

The zest of ½ lime

The juice of ½ lime

tbsp extra virgin olive oil

honey mustard

peanut butter

tsp sodium-reduced soy sauce

Clove garlic (, crushed)

Dashes Sesame oil

tsp sugar

tsp salt

tsp pepper
