Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, and save one yolk.
With two egg whites, mix with cream of tarter until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, combine the laughing cow cheese with the one egg yolk. Fold yolk mixture into egg whites and stir gently.
Scoop out mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, into 4 round blobs. Flatten slightly to be the width of a slice of bread.
Sprinkle with any seasoning, like Everything But the Bagel seasoning.
Bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until the cloud bread is no longer jiggly.
