Step 1

Peel and add the mango to a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2

In four 17-oz jars, add 2 tbsp chia seeds, ½ cup almond milk, ½ cup blended mango, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp honey, and 2 tbsp Greek yogurt to each jar and combine with a spoon.

Step 3

Add ¼ cup fresh raspberries, 1 tbsp coconut flakes, and 1-2 tbsp fresh mango to each jar.

Step 4

Cover the jars and then store them in the refrigerator for 5 hours or overnight before eating.
