Step 1

Pour heavy whipping cream, sugar and vanilla into a medium bowl and beat on high speed until medium to stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk milk, vanilla and pudding mix until smooth and thick. Fold in 3 cups of your whipping cream.

Step 3

Spoon half of pie filling mixture into pie crust. Layer with banana slices then another layer of the pudding mixture. Top with second pudding layer remaining whipped cream and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 4

If desired, garnish with fresh banana slices right before serving.

Step 5

Refrigerate any leftover pie.
