Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the cooked brown rice and the sesame seeds.

Step 2

Place each of the tortillas on a piece of butcher paper.

Step 3

In the center of each of the tortillas, add 1/8 of the brown rice mixture, 1 ounce of the crabmeat, and then top each with 1/8 of the tomatoes, 1/8 of the cucumbers, and 1/8 of the avocados.

Step 4

Fold in the sides of the tortillas and tightly roll up the wrap. Wrap the butcher's paper around each wrap, then tie twine around the center of each to ensure they stay rolled up.

Step 5

Repeat the filling and rolling of the wraps with the remaining ingredients.

Step 6

Serve with the soy sauce.
