Preheat smoker to 175°C propane or, 135°C electric.
Step 3
Heat a cast iron skillet in the smoker until very hot. While the pan is heating, slice the Brussel sprouts in half.
Step 4
Remove skillet with gloves and coat with olive oil.
Step 5
Sprinkle sea salt on skillet and place Brussel sprouts cut-side down.
Step 6
Season with seasoned salt and smoke for 30-45 minutes at 175°C propane or 1 hour at 135°C electric.
Step 7
Remove from smoker and drizzle balsamic glaze on top.
Step 8
Serve and enjoy!
