Step 1

Fill stockpot or sous vide container with enough water to cover your eggs. Place on a heat-proof surface and add an immersion circulator.

Step 2

Heat water to 194 degrees F.

Step 3

When water is heated, carefully lower the eggs into the water.

Step 4

Cook for 20 minutes then remove eggs and immediately place in an ice-water bath to cool completely.
